We had some concerns since we were a group of six on Mother's Day, but this proved to be a non-factor. The food was delicious, the service friendly if a little more rushed than usual (this is a minor criticism--the restaurant was busy and this was understandable). The crab bisque was one of the best, if not the best, that I have ever tasted. The small environment makes for a lovely evening or afternoon meal. The food is superb and rates with the finest of restaurants in Philadelphia, and other major cities' premier restaurants without the matching high city prices! Our server was perfect, very attentive without being noticed. Both our dishes (the lamb special and the veal saute) were prepared and served to perfection.
