Noise level was extremely quiet you could hear a pin drop, we did the five course tasting and everything was excellent but not a fan of caviar with oysters. Menu is pricy but you gotta pay the price for good food right? Wine menu has great selections, service was great our waiter Ben was very helpful and gave great suggestions he's very knowledgable about the menu. Great place for a romantic, quiet dinner for 2. Will definitely be returning eventually."

  • "This place is not cheap, but the food is excellent and the wine list is probably the best in the Palm Beach area. All local source stuff, and very good. My guest had the bison which was excellent. The Wagyu is well worth the price. We had a 2010 Opus One that was also excellent. The service could not have been better. I would have liked to see some more local seafood items, and some of the accompaniments seemed out of place with the main features, but overall, this is the closest you get to a top of the line Manhattan style restaurant in this part of the world."

  • "We are so glad to have discovered Angle last year. As always, the service is impeccable. Our waiter Eric was gracious and unobtrusive. The Sommelier Don recommended an outstanding wine for a great price and was supremely knowledgeable and still humble. Why this chef does not yet have a Michelin star is what I wonder! I will say, the music has changed and doesn't really fit for the venue, but the attention to detail everywhere else is even better than when it was operated by the Ritz!"

  • "Our celebratory dinner last evening was for three of us celebrating a birthday and a wedding anniversary. We could not have picked a better place. Cristina served us, informed us of each and every dish and did it in a charming and professional manner. She was both delightful and very helpful. The restaurant itself is a beautifully elegant room and the food was amazing. We enjoyed all of our dishes with each course presented perfectly. The chef is creative and inventive with clearly excellent results. I am from New York City and I am a foodie. That being said, Angle was every bit as good as the fine restaurants in Manhattan. It is terrific that Palm Beach has a restaurant of this caliber. We will return to Angle."

  • "Over the years I have had many meals at the James Beard House in NYC where guest chefs from all over the world come to prepare meals for members. We are foodies. I cook every night and hate to go out to eat as I know I will be disappointed. WOW. All four of us were blown away. Excellent fish and appetizers. Food is very imaginative. Shaved brussels sprouts never tasted so good. Kale salad delicious. Potatoes to die for. Attentive friendly wait staff and able to have a glorious conversation and hear each other speak. Restaurant is very attractive and great for a romantic date in a 5 star hotel setting. Went out to the fire pit after the meal and lounged around taking in the atmosphere."

She made us feel very welcome and special, because we were locals. The butternut squash cappucino (soup) was a highlight - a must try. But, really, everything was excellent.   • "Angle is truly a hidden gem! Me and my friend had the Spontaneous Tasting Menu and everything was out of this world delicious! I've tried restaurants all over Palm Beach, and this menu and atmosphere is single to none. To start ask for the Caviar Tacos or the Lobster with White Truffles!!!! You might cry a little because is that good. The server's were very informative and service was impeccable. Chef Matthew McGhee is a true genius, there's nothing like Angle in South Florida. Everything from the atmosphere, to the wine list, to the service, food quality and presentation is 5 out of 5!!!"

  • "Food is very different, lots of different flavored on the plate. Very expensive. Great service. Terrible music. Asked for it to be turned down which it was a little. These places like this music which is just a beat which when you are trying to have quiet conversation is very annoying. Probably won't return because of this. Clientele is older so don't know why they have such modern music. Preferred this hotel when it was the Ritz."

  • "There are so many pretenders out there that when one finds the real deal, it is a pleasure. Chef Matthew McGhee has the touch and the creativity (a couple of his dishes are on our all time favorite list), while Somm Don Derocher is knowledgable and smooth. When the Chef and and Somm are tops, usually the restaurant falls in line. Service is affable and the servers are also well schooled in the dishes. All in all, Angle could be in New York, New Orleans, or Napa, and be more than competitive."

  • "I came to angle at eau palm beach resort and spa for my 2 year anniversary and hands down had the best dinning experience ever. The food is out of this world amazing. We did the chef inspired tasting and it was by far the best!!! The chef came out to our table asked us what we liked and didn't like and just took it from there. The level of service in the restaurant was outstanding. This is defiantly a place I would recommend, and I will defiantly be returning for more!!!"

  • "The food was not seasoned properly or even at all, bread was served almost at the end of our meal. The wait for the food was extremely long, and the food was not served hot it was lukewarm at best, practically cold. The ambience was great the service was very accommodating but the food was below standard. I ordered the lamb and my date had the red snapper the snapper was cold and the lamb was room temperature at best The potatoes were cold and the Brussels sprouts were burnt."

  • "This is still, without a shadow of a doubt, and after many years of dining at many restaurants in Palm Beach and its environs, the best restaurant in the area. Period. I can also say it surpasses many of the top NYC restaurants where we have dined. I'm talking perfection here. You can't go wrong with anything you order. I had the best dessert of my life the other night....Sticky Toffee Pudding. Don't ask...just order it. Can't wait to return...this was our fourth perfect dining experience there. Chef Matthew McGhee is Mr. Número Uno."

  • "Angle did a fine job. A new menu and this close to opening, had me worried. It was very slow for a Saturday night. The service and seating were great. The wine selection and suggestions were excellent. The food was good. Oysters were nicely seasoned but rather small. The decor and ambiance are 180 degrees from The former RC. The Angle staff did a great job. The front door and valet service were terribly inattentive. At arrival and departure there was lack of service, greeting or proper communication. Although it was not busy the staff seemed preoccupied. This is a huge departure from the Ritz Carlton Experience."

  • "This was my second dining experience at Angle and I must say the entire team gave their all. We'd had an incredible server doing our last visit but, upon returning we were informed that he no longer worked at Angle. We were assured that we'd be taken care of and we were - - Ralph and Anna were extremely professional and attentive to our every need. Don, the F & B manager's professionalism and presence in dealing with a questionable bottle of wine was superb. And Chef Matthew McGhee - - the food was simply outstanding. We are looking forward to your tasting menu and featuring you in my "Sagacious Palate" blog. This experience was excellent and all of you represented Angle very well -- Good luck in the future."
