Angelino RestaurantGreat for locals and tourists.Been going here since it began almost 30 years ago. Pretty much the same group of owners and over the years they have consistently improved the food and service here. Call it touristy but I don't care. As I local it is great as well!6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMNice way to end our wine country ..We have eaten at Anegelino's several times over the years and it never disappoints us. On this trip, I had the Gnocchi's with Shrimp and Peas and my husband had the Mediterranean Chicken. Each was perfectly prepared. We first had a glass of wine on the sidewalk overlooking the San Francisco Bay, then moved indoors to eat. The wine list has a nice selection of California wines plus an excellent variety of Italian wines. We shared homemade apricot sorbet with fresh blueberries.
I highly recommend Angelinos's..5/31/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat mealWe were immediately seated when we arrived. Service was excellent, as the waiter explained about the dishes when we had questions. We had ravioli that was light and was wonderful. We had a great time and would recommend this to others5/20/2013 12:00:00 AMSurpriseWhat a nice surprise to find this great little spot !5/16/2013 12:00:00 AMThe appetizers were phenomenalThe appetizers were phenomenal and the entrees were great. However, we were a tad disappointed by the desserts which were only ok. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the bay right outside it’s doors and the staff is wonderful. I would recommend this place as well as visit it again myself.5/13/2013 12:00:00 AMWe chose the specials of theWe chose the specials of the day: salmon, halibut and petrale sole. They were done to perfection.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Neighborhood GemWe love Angelino's and the food in our experience has always been first class as is the service.5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMAlways a delight. WhetherAlways a delight. Whether Papa Pasquale is the chef or his son Alfredo is the food is always good. Although similar both chefs bring their own uniqueness. Innovative and classic Italian.4/17/2013 12:00:00 AMFriendly, cheerful bistro withFriendly, cheerful bistro with enthusiastic wait staff; on a busy night service can be slow- just enjoy the scene. If you order the pasta fagiola ask that mussels be added to the soup- a delicious combination! Ravioli stuffed with feta, baked with a lemon glaze was unusual and large enough portion to share as a pasta course. Steamed mussels- generous portion in a mildly spicy red sauce. Nice selection of Italian wines fairly priced. Reserve a table at sunset; enjoy the view of the City.4/14/2013 12:00:00 AMWe were looking for a placeWe were looking for a place in Sausalito to take my daughter and 5 friends to for dinner to celebrate her 15th birthday. We were looking for a place with a view and that was not quite as pricey as some of the seafood restaurants nearby. Food was really very good--the focaccia was a hit with all and everyone liked their dishes. The seafood stew and the special of the day seafood ravioli were particularly notable. Service was a bit slow with no particularly outstanding effort.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMThis place is just downrightThis place is just downright delicious!!! We ate there Friday and picked up food to go the next night!!!!
AWESOME!!!!4/5/2013 12:00:00 AMWe'll Be Back! This was our first time at this restaurant. I look forward to our next meal there. I'm still thinking about the Polpi Con Patate appetizer - baby rock octopus with potatoes, olive oil and parsley vinigarette. Loved every bite. Food quality remained high as we began our entrees of petrale sole and a whole branzino. The branzino was masterfully deboned by the server at tableside. The flesh was light and succulent. The petrale was prepared perfectly and had a very nice sauce. We went to Angelino for the food - although I had a bit of a view - and our expectations were exceeded.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMBon AppetitBeautiful view and a delicious meal. Thought it was a bit overpriced for the portion sizes.3/22/2013 12:00:00 AMWe enjoyed our dining andWe enjoyed our dining and the staff was most accomodating. A friend joined us very late and we sat around and talked. No one pushed us out and we had an enjoyable time on a beautiful day looking at the harbor and City skyline.3/17/2013 12:00:00 AMAngelino's 3/16/2013Delicious sea bass carpacio, attentive service, wonderful view of the bay and Angel Island in the distance.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AM
