"Lovely dining room, great service & a nice wine list. One of the best caesar salads I've ever had! The crab cake was mushy & expensive ($24 for 1 cake!). "Overpriced" is the word that comes to mind! I might make a return visit--but with so many new suburban places opening up, it could be a tough decision to go back!"

"Recently I had a business lunch at Aneu which is owned and operated by Meridith McLouglin (formerly of Meridith's). The Southwestern Salad was flavorful and had the perfect blend of ingredients including the dressing which enhanced the dish perfectly. My associates had a juicy burger with amazing truffle fries and a roast beef sandwich (which looked so good I almost had "order regret"). Service was prompt, on top of our needs. We were able to easily discuss our meeting agenda and enjoy a great lunch! I would return without a doubt and can't wait to try the dinner menu too!!"

"I've been to Aneu about 5 or 6 times. It was a disappointment this time. I was disappointed in the menu as they did not have all the ingredients for two of the dishes we ordered and the waitress told us there would be substitutions, which to be honest were not as good. Also, my mac and cheese seemed like it was mostly white sauce, not very much cheese.

But the service was the worst part; long waits between every course even though the restaurant was not very full."

"Before heading to the Footlighter's Theatre in Berwyn, we enjoyed an early dinner to catch an 8:00 PM show, walking to the theatre. The music guest was pleasant and our food was terrific, we shared a cheese plate! Thanks Aneu!"

"I visited Aneu for lunch last summer and loved the food. Tasty and great value. I was not so impressed for dinner. The wine list was pricey as was the corkage fee for BYOB customers ($10). My salmon description promised to be flavorable with chimi churri sauce, but was bland and a bit dry. Pluses - nice sized portions ,d delicious (and plentiful) mussles appetizer. Although not a "bad" meal, the bill with tip was close to $100 for a non-memorable meal. I wouldn't return for dinner, but would go back for lunch."
