The birthday girl picked the restaurant of her choice for the celebration, and some had never been to an Andiamo's. We completely enjoyed ourselves. The service was top notch, from the hostess that greeted me upon arrival and took me to the table, to the serving assistant that kept our table cleared and glasses full. Our waiter was phenomenal, very knowledgeable about the menu and actually appeared to enjoy his job (a rarity these days). Food was excellent: the calamari with the lemon caper beurre blanc was the best calamari I've had in a long time- very tender and tasty. The veal marsala was expertly prepared- this is my standard dish I judge restaurants by and it was the best here by far."

  • "Well worth the effort. We were celebrating my daughter-in-law's graduation from nursing school as well as our anniversary. We did that in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was wonderfully professional and polite. Our food was phenomenal. We all enjoyed everything we ordered. It was fun to see the looks on my guest's faces during the evening because it was obvious they had never had a restaurant experience like this before. That was exactly what I was going for. If there was an drawback at all, I would say the pricing was a bit steep. Four people, with two drinks each, dinner, dessert, and tip was almost $300. Maybe I'm outta touch, but that did seem high to me. Overall, for a special occassion, I'm glad I choose to go here."

  • "we were celebrating my daughters birthday, the food was very good, the service was excellent the only downer was the wine list was good except many choices were unavailable including the Andiamo brands. The wine we purchased was good but not what we really wanted, I would suggest that the wine inventory be monitored more closely to that all wines on the list be available. that would be less expensive than re-doing the wine list unless you went to an electronic wine list."

  • "We were a group of 11 celebrating our dad's 86th birthday. From the moment we walked in until we left 3 hours later we had a wonderful time. We were greeted promptly and shown to our table that was set up in a rather private area which we really appreciated. Our server Matt (assisted by 2 others) was fantastic. He was very professional but also very personable. He had appetizer platters made up for us and recommended several entrees. Our courses came out at a nice pace--we did not feel rushed at all. Adam, the manager, came by to check on us and wished my dad happy birthday. All in all, we had a wonderful time and hope to all be back again next year."

  • "My wife and I chose Andiamo as a place to celebrate an occation thinking your resturant was more conducive to an atmosphere of quite ambience with live music on the weekend. Only music heard was in the restroom. The resturant atmosphere was the same as any applebees, outback or olive garden. Assumed prices would bring a more refined customer, surprised to find noisey conversation and families of four with toddlers. Expectations were high since not use to paying $25 average for an entree. The food was wonderful and waitress served us very well. She was surprised it was our first time since we live in the area. I wanted to tell her the prices are what has kept us away but didn't want to ruin a first time visit with negativity to the staff."

  • "We were seated promptly and our server came by after we were settled. Very good choice of wines. My wife had a pasta special (rigatoni in a marsala cream sauce with tomatoes and italian sausage). I had one of the luncheon specials (free range chicken breast over risotto in an amaretto cream sauce with mushrooms and asparagus). Both dishes were outstanding. The caesar salads were flavorful with plenty of shaved parmesan cheese. Too full for dessert, we brought home a slice of their coconut cake which was also very tasty. It had been over five years since we last ate at this restaurant but will be back sooner and more frequently."

  • "I've always enjoyed Andiamos of Warren for a great Italian meal, but when I discovered that they are now an Italian steakhouse, I decided to try Andiamos of Sterling Heights and am so glad I did. The food was absolutely delicious, the bread basket, the soup, the salad, the entrée. All of it was wonderful. Not only was the food wonderful, the service was superb. I will definitely go there again for a special occasion. Special it is!!"
