Ancaster MillIt would have been nice toIt would have been nice to ha e a sauce with are meat , but other then that we enjoyed are selfs very much.12/4/2013 12:00:00 AMQuiet Elegance at Ancaster Old MillOverall, the Ancaster Old Mill has been a tremendous restaurant, having been there very many times (except for Sunday brunch) and having witnessed its metamorphasis into a truly great and excellent venue.
The ambience can compare and even exceeds others in a similar category...One walks in fron the front entrance(whose vestibule needs upscaling) and goes ..."Aaaaahhhh" almost taking one's breath away!
The service has invariably been attentive, quiet yet knowledgeable and our server (Jan ?)was extraordinary to have not only remembered my being there previously but actually recalled the name of my dear guest whom my wife and I had invited for lunch! Having been married here and enjoying its brunch numerous times I was expecting the meal to be good but it far exceeded my expectations.
