A word from an
AN, which means “to dine” in Vietnamese, showcases an array of exquisite flavors that blends traditional Asian ingredients with modern European influences. Executive Chef Steven Devereaux Greene crafts dishes that show his culinary passions and styling of East meets West. His approach is to harness unique and local products to transform them into his vision of elegant simplicity. All of the ingredients, dishes, and approach is to create a memorable experience for you and your palate.

AN, features a sushi bar and raw bar, which adds another dimension to the various delights offered here. A meal would not be complete without an Asian inspired cocktail or glass of wine from our award winning wine list.

  • "We have lived in the area since 1992 and had never gone to An. When it originally opened, someone told me that it was overpriced and not worth it. Unfortunately that opinion stuck with me over the years. I recently got a gift card to An and decided to use it for my wife's 50th birthday--we were both blown away! Everything was to perfection. Sushi, pork buns, entrees (the Sea Bass is amazing!), dessert, even espresso! Our waiter was one of the best we have ever had, informative, friendly and very knowledgeable. It was just a great experience all the way around. Next time I will try the patio, it looks fantastic!"

Yes, it is a little pricey but so much care and thought goes into the food preparation and presentation, it is worth it, I believe. The server was outstanding and knew the ingredients of all menu items. The bus staff and management constantly made rounds to make sure every guest was attended to. We loved the décor and placement of tables and the excellent outdoor dining space. We are looking forward to our next visit to An's!"

However due to the number of people dining, the restaurant was extremely noisy. It was difficult to hear each other talking at our table. The servers were adequate, but not as attentive as other times when it was less busy. "

Presentation unusual and interesting, but not at the expense of the food itself. We were surprised and pleased with various items served at no extra cost between courses. The items were unusual, fueling conversation, and shortening the perceived gaps between courses. Prices were higher than we would pay except for special occasions. However, we still felt we got good value for a lovely evening."

  • "An only has Sunday brunch one day per year - Mother's Day. As we left I made reservations for next year, that should say something. It's not cheap - $50/person. But it is worth it. An has some of the best sushi in the triangle, there were about 8 varieties on the buffet, along with some (I was told) great salad (I wasn't going to waste stomach room on salad when I can have sushi). Also excellent cheese choices, 2 amazing soups and too many desserts to choose from. You order an entre from the menu then get everything else from the buffet. At our table we had Pork belly, Sea bass, Prawns, tenderloin and scallops. Everyone was delighted with their choice, no one wanted to swap but gladly took bites from everyone. I love An anytime."

Now it offers a "Spring Menu" which is unique and TASTY and all the wait staff just do an excellent job of serving you, but our special waiter is Raymond! The ambiance is exemplified by flowers at each table as well as on the back wall. This restaurant seem to attend to each and all aspects of customer experience! You'd not be disappointed."

  • "I booked a table for 6:30. We came in a little early and were immediately seated. The server kept up with our wants, but we didn't feel rushed at all. As for the food, excellent is the only word that can describe it. We had 2 appetizeres (dumplings & rolls). I had the bass, which was extremely tender. The person that I was eating with had the beef. Both dishes were presented extremely well. The portions were enough that we felt like there was no need for desert although we did look at the menu. Can't recommend highly enough. Will be going back."
