a(MUSE.)Fantastic Spring TastingWe were a party of four doing the Chef's Spring Tasting menu. It was faaaabulous: kale salad, gnocchi, flat iron steak and creme brulee. Each of the dishes was the best it could be. The kale salad had a big kale chip on top (yum!) and a bright lemon vinaigrette. The gnocchi was by far the best gnocchi I've ever had -- in fact the only gnocchi I have ever loved. They were little fluffy pillows of Italian love with goat cheese. Soooo good.5/19/2013 12:00:00 AMThe best restaurant!!Owner, chef, Hari is a true artist! The food is creative without being pretentious. Flavors are amazing. The service is fantastic. Excellent cocktails and wine. Trying the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairing is a must. We planned coming to Rehoboth around having dinner at this restaurant. That good!5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMChef Hari Cameron is the best townCreative fantastic food. We did the tasting menu. Recommend it to all foodies.5/17/2013 12:00:00 AMWe shared numerous small platesWe shared numerous small plates and entrees. Taste and visual surprises!5/11/2013 12:00:00 AM(a) Muse was outstandiingWe had the four course tasting and everything was perfect. Chef Hari was personable, friendly and incedibly talented. We had been there once before and thought that our very particular friends would like it a lot so we came back with them. They were blown away and couldn't stop raving about how good the food was. We've never heard them react that way before and we've eaten out quite a bit with them. We highly recommend (a) Muse to anyone that enjoys really good food.5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Dinner!I'm a serious foodie and I was impressed with the six course tasting menu. Every flavor was unique in some way and the ingredients were fresh and local. We also chose to add the wine pairing and each wine worked thoughtfully with the food course. We had perhaps a bit more wine than necessary, too. From amuse bouche to dessert, every course was a taste sensation. Elderflower sauce, flash frozen buttermilk, brown butter crumbs--they all sound more like El Bulli than Rehoboth. We already have a return reservation to test Chef Hari's imagination! Thank you, Amuse.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMA gem that shines in RehobothWe visited twice during our3-night stay in Rehoboth. On our first visit, we did a 4-course tasting menu, using a half-price coupon from the restaurant. With an amuse bouche at the start and an added cheese course this was more like 6 courses!. Every dish was unique and flavorful. The same was true on our second visit when, as in the past (we had eaten there twice previously), we ordered a la carte. This time, we finished with "dessert" at the bar, enjoying the company and the bartender, David. Chef Hari is cooking imaginative dishes that would cost far more elsewhere (think Cityzen in DC, or Inn at Little Washington). The ambience is definitely "beach," but that does not take away from the food.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMunfortunately it is very noisyunfortunately it is very noisy and would prefer to go as late as possible because it is quieter later at the bar4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food was excellent withThe food was excellent with an emphasis on fresh farm to table selections. The chef was willing to accommodate my "picky" needs, which I've often found to my untrue in similar places. However, it was the service and relaxed atmosphere that will have me return.4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMFood and service was veryFood and service was very good. The menu is very eclectic. They are using locally sourced ingredients and they deconstruct some classic dishes to excellent effect. Will definitely go back.3/30/2013 12:00:00 AMBest in RehobothChef Hari Cameron is the most talented & creative chef in the area. He utilizes the finest and freshest ingredients and everything is beautifully presented. The bartenders & wait staff are efficient, friendly and fun. Always a winning place to go or bring friends.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent food. The waitressExcellent food. The waitress was good but made a mistake with our order. So, to compensate, she gave us free desert. Very nice, as the desert was outstanding! highly recommend!3/28/2013 12:00:00 AMPhenomenal and creative foodThis was our second visit. Despite the work that goes into these dishes, this is reasonably priced in comparison with restaurants of similar caliber in the big city. Chef Hari is superb, and it is no wonder he is a semi-finalist for the James Beard Best Rising Chef award.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AM(A)Mazing and Then SomeThis is the best dinner the 4 of us have eaten in Rehoboth in at least a year. That's quite a statement considering the wonderful dining choices in downtown Rehoboth. Unique combinations that truly worked well together. Everything was cooked to perfection and all ingredients were fresh.
Good martinis, too! We got two deserts-one was quite good but we didn't care for the other, the 60 second cake.
Our service was outstanding. Knowledgeable waiter Nick offered just the right amount of help and service. I dropped a bit of raspberry sauce on my top and Nick was there was club soda in about 20 seconds, without me asking.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMLastest food craves hit RehobothLike many other not-quite-top places in Rehoboth this site has been home to different names and chefs over the years. This time though the chef is getting good reviews and the food is showing it. It’s a bit more sophisticated than the locals are use to, especially with their use of the latest hip ingredients and cooking techniques. Some I never heard of like duck tongues (yes I said duck tongues) which were actually very good. But the egg appetizer, cooked sous-vide, was not as good as I've had in NYC. But over all they pulled it off. Service was very good, not perfect. The room has not changed much since the new group took it over and is quite nice.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AM
