This was our first visit and certainly will not be our last. We went for New Years Eve. They spaced out the reservations so that we did not feel rushed at all. The service was excellent! They offered a prix fixe dinner that that started with a pumkin themed amuse bouche, a salad and soup choice, the appetizers were a choice of mushroom risotto or Emu tartare, a sorbert push pop Intermezzo with a choice of entrees between Liboster Theronator a baked stuffed 1 1/2 lb lobster stuffed with spinach, shallots etc.. and a 16oz Prime Rib. The ending was a hazelnut souffle with creme anglaise. They also offer dining a The Chefs table were the Chef will cook right in frontof you and you can interact with him. I think that we will try that next time.

What can I say about a meal so outstanding that it jumped into our top three all-time favorites? Every course was crafted with care and the flavors were balanced thoughtfully. The amuse bouche was a pomegranate theme, with champagne, yogurt, and foam all flavored with it. It truly was a little bite to whet our appetites for dinner. Our three onion soup starters were excellent and meaty, with just the right amount of acidity in the broth. The pickled vegetables salad was a crispy and pungent treat. And I could have eaten the pumpkin tortelloni for the rest of my life. We were a little indimidated by the emu on the menu, but it was a lean and approachable steak. Service was prompt and unobtrusive. We have already made plans to return!

"
75th birthday dinner for my wife: we had gnocchi with rabbitpoorly done ( gnocchi were doughy & pan fried on both sides! the rabbit had no taste/no ragout/sauce.
we had breast of veal (good) & lamb chops (only 3:expensive but very) .The side dishes on both plates were lukewarm (polenta/leeks,etc) waiter was concerned about the gnocchi.
