The service was excellent and the view on this sparkling, sunny day was wonderful. My companion and I started with a complimentary arancini. We shared a seafood risotto which had an incredible sauce that you wanted to mop up every drop of essence. We then shared a sea bass with prawn gnochetti and asparagus bits. This dish just shouted Spring! For dessert, I enjoyed the chocolate budino with salted caramel bits and creme fraiche whipped cream. My companion had the chocolate and peanut butter pot de creme. The staff was so nice. The maitre'd brought out my birthday budino with a lit candle on it and the server wished me a happy birthday at the beginning and end of the service. The atmosphere is lovely and the food and service are outstanding. The staff was very attentive but not overly friendly (which is a good thing in a restaurant!)
