This time I ordered the lamb to see what the fuss was. There are several lamb dishes; I had lamb kebab. It was delicious and tender. The naan and roti baskets were kept filled with hot , just made breads. Water glasses were continually filled. I thought because it was a buffet and that there would be many choices, my family (who has little experience with Indian food) might enjoy it and find a dish they like. Unfortunately, most of their comments were that the dishes were way too spicy or hot for them or they did not like the taste of the dishes. So, I would only recommend this restaurant to people who really love Indian food and are familiar with the cuisine, not for new comers or people you want to introduce it to. Also, the noise level was loud - need more sound proofing/acoustics. There is a wide range of vegetarian and fish dishes, so it is easy to find something I like. The wine list is also very good. The service and taste of food is excellent has always been excellent in the past so I was a bit surprised this time. My one suggestion for the buffet would be to heat the food more before putting it out. Some of the food was just lukewarm and not too appetizing.1/3/2013 12:00:00 AM
