Diner Reviews
  • "Eaten at the Center City location and it was great. AC was a little busier so service was a tad slower. Food was great, they catered to a celiac issue pretty well."
    Dined on 3/16/2014
  • "We had the chef's menu so we enjoyed so much food and it was all top quality!"
    Dined on 7/10/2014

  • "Our favorite restaurant in Philly is now our favorite restaurant in AC. What a treat!"

  • "Best resturant and hotel ever ! Best waiter ever is Alberto or Antonio is his name I believe he has a pony tail. Made my experience that much more pleasant. I don't want to be served by anyone other. So knowledgable and so pleasurable. Every resturant should have one of him!!! The food was Unbelievable!!! Creative and delicious. Never have my taste buds enjoyed such a meal!"

  • "Food was a bit off. Regular diners will immediately taste the difference. One dish was very salty. Had to be sent back. Restaurant wasn't operating at its A game. Staffed blamed it on summer help in the kitchen."
    Dined on 7/4/2014
  • "This place is a must-go when you are in AC. We loved the atmosphere and the food was superb, especially if you like to share."

  • "Dined here on July 6th but the fireworks were delayed due to weather. Had a window table , so front row for the fireworks. Restaurant was very busy. However, the service was very good. The food was excellent. Pork flank steak was exceptional. Had the cheese plate, chorizo & lamb meatballs. All were excellent. This is a great location, as the restaurant is right above the beach the view is like being at sea. Hope someone saves the Revel as this was the best food I've ever had in AC."

  • "Amada continues to sell out and it is easy to see why. The room is magnificent, every server treats you as if you were a regular, and the food is nothing short of magnificent. This is fine dining at its best, with surprisingly reasonable prices. The place is managed so well, you shall marvel at the experience. We are fortunate to dine here frequently and we have never been disappointed. On this occasion, the fabulous gazpacho, succulent pork, lamb chops from Heaven and the new mussel dish . Each was superb, the quality of presentation, the taste, everything was prepared with great care and was perfect. Top it off with their fabulous cocktails, a glass of fine wine and an incredible and you have fine dining at its best."

  • "This is a party for your palate. We went for a wedding anniversary for the great reviews and scenic view. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't leave hungry, it was some of the most amazing flavors imaginable, the desserts were equally divine and the service and management were awesome. We cannot say enough about the experience and will definitely return!"

  • "We loved Amada. The food was good but the atmosphere is even better. Up beat with the dancer and music and the place is stunning !"
    Dined on 7/5/2014
  • "Plain and simple, you don't deliver a martini to the table in a wine glass and tell us you are out of martini glasses. Food was tasty shrimp were tiny, food was rushed. Would not go back lacks attention to detail. The Revel itself has trash all over tyne place"
    Dined on 7/5/2014
  • "Everything that came out of the kitchen was an experience. Just do yourself the favor and spend the $75 pp well worth the money."
    Dined on 6/20/2014
  • "With 4th of July fireworks postponed our early dinner post rainstorm was interesting at Amada, with a great view of the surf and surfers in front of us and world cup soccer playing out behind us. Having been to the sister restaurant in Phillie, we found this different, due to the view, timing and our tapas choices... Highlights were gambas (2 ways, sizes) short rib flatbread, jamon wrapped salad and a halibut special. The only minor miss was a too salty arroz (served with halibut); except for this the entire meal was excellent. The service was accomodating yet unobtrusive; the decor and ambience upscale, modern yet comfortable. Overall our dining experience at Amada is one that will be remembered and recommended to Atlantic City visitors..."

  • "I've been to Amada three times but this time I brought three others. We all ordered the $75 Chef's tasting menu. The food was uniformly outstanding and plentiful. You won't find such unique dishes anywhere else in South Jersey. Our waiter was informed and personable and the overall service was extremely efficient. My guests agreed that this was an exceptional dining experience."

  • "We were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and they made it extra special!"
    Dined on 7/2/2014
  • "Make reservation beforehand. Ours table was ready when we arrived, no waiting whatsoever unlike some other restaurants. They called earlier to confirm the reservation. Service is top notch, very friendly and accommodating. We had chef's selection tapas and sangria pitcher. Everything was delicious. For a romantic upscale dining this is the place to go. Dress up nice and enjoy!"

  • "The tappas was pretty good, but, went for the paella and was disappointed. All rice and little meat & fish."
    Dined on 7/1/2014
  • "It was our first experience with Tapas(small plates) and we were not big fans. The food was flavorful, I think it is better as a late night snack instead of dinner. We were not sure of what we were ordering, the garlic shrimp was tasty but over cooked as well as the diver scallops. Everything we ordered seemed to be swimming in oil and their recommended dessert was olive oil cake! We said "enough" at that point and left. The bench seat was too long and uncomfortable to sit on. I don't think we will be back. The service however was very good."
    Dined on 6/30/2014
  • "we return here on each visit to Revel ( about 3x a year) and we are never disappointed. Every dish is superb, as are the Sangria and the drinks. Do not pass it by!"

  • "Amada moves on in grand fashion, despite the uncertainty involving Revel. This spectacular restaurant consistently sells out, its reputation for fine dining, great service, and a spectacular environment having become famous throughout the region. This is Fine Dining at its very best in Atlantic City. There's a sense of excitement every evening in this, our favorite restaurant. Chef Garces is noted for his incredibly creative cuisine, using only the finest products from local provenders. The menu constantly evolves, particularly with the change of season. Amada regulars can now look forward to the chilled summer soup for the summer, along with delicious new fish specialties. We tried the trout and mussels, and, they were delicious."

  • "Was so pleased with the quality and variety of options at this stellar tapas bar. Portions were suitable for sharing in pairs if you order 2-3 per person. Amazing dessert and wine choices. The staff were so helpful in making suggestions...and everything the chose was better than the next. Liked so much dinned here two nights in a row during our stay at Revel."

  • "Amada was spectacular from top to bottom, kudos to the chef the meal was amazing"
    Dined on 6/27/2014
  • "The food and service were great. Beautiful view of the ocean. White sangria was really good. My only complaint was it was a bit on the louder side but it was still a great time. We had the meat mixto, the cheese mixto, the lamb meatballs, the pulpo, the shortrib flatbread and the pimientos. Everything was delicious, I couldn't finish it though."
    Dined on 6/26/2014
  • "This was our second time at Amada. The cocktails were interesting and tasty. The tapas were fresh, hot and plentiful. It's always a treat to eat there. We always eat there when in Atlantic City."
    Dined on 6/22/2014
  • "This is our 4th time at Armada..can't wait to go back!"
    Dined on 6/14/2014
  • "Great food and great experience! We got the chef selection which was amazing because we got the chance to try a variety of things on the menu. Our waiter took note of things we were interested in and not interested in and then the food just kept coming. Everything was absolutely amazing and unique. We loved it!"
    Dined on 6/21/2014
  • "This was our first time at Amada and was exceptionally satisfied with the food and service. The menu is a bit challenging to understand the food selection but the waiter was very attentive. I would recommend their Pork dish it is scrumptious. We really enjoyed the evening."
    Dined on 6/16/2014
  • "Everything we ate was absolutely awesome. Flat breads were great."
    Dined on 6/20/2014
  • "Loved Amada. Small plates shared. Something for everyone on the menu. Ham croquettes and baked goat cheese were exceptional. Nice desserts and tasty sangria."
    Dined on 6/17/2014
  • "All was excellent, we had the tasting menu. My only comment was that the pacing of the food was too fast which they happy to adjust."
    Dined on 6/17/2014
  • "We have been to this Amada several times and the food and service never disappoint. We love this location and the food is always on point. I have been there with my husband for romantic dinners and also dined there with larger groups. Each time, no matter the size of the party, the service was attentive, the view was awesome (ask for a window booth) and the food and its presentation were beyond expectation. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for dinner. There is something for everyone on the menu and sharing the dishes tapas style allows for you to try much more than you would at a traditional restaurant."
    Dined on 6/13/2014
  • "When we travel, we always like going to the new places and restaurants. We didn't know what to expect even if we already looked at the menu online. Surprisingly, the waiter had good suggestions. He took his time to tell us what were the ingredients and the pairing of sauces/dips with the cheeses for our appetizer. We chose the soup and also agreed. The salad was great. The other tapas we tried were also good."
