Diner Reviews
  • "Amada was the perfect place to go after the Food and Wine Festival Market. Small plates were very good! Only complaint was that we requested a window seat and was not accommodated. We had to sit in a specific servers section."

  • "Amada is absolutely amazing, their Revel location especially. There isn't anything they could have done better!"
    Dined on 7/24/2014
  • "Food choices are varied and numerous. So many interesting combinations of ingredients makes for a lot of fun choosing tapas. All of our choices were well prepared and tasty. An overall enjoyable experience."
    Dined on 7/24/2014
  • "Really outstanding. Instead of doing the pre-selected chef menu, this time we opted for selecting our own and it worked out great as well! Hosts, service and the food were all spectacular. Broken Hugs cocktail was amazing as were the beers in the craft sampler. Every single dish had impeccable detail from the manchego to the flatbreads (the short rib was a favorite) to the desserts. Truly a great place to dine at Revel!"

  • "This is the second time at this restaurant. Not cheap but a terrific meal all around. This is definitely for a special occasion. Everything from the view of the ocean, service and food was terrific! As long as Revel still is there we will definitely return. We had the Chef tasting with wine pairing. Although expensive we enjoyed every bit of it and would do it again!"

  • "Our very favorite place, Amada continues to flourish despite troubles associated with Revel. We try to dine here every Saturday evening possible. The atmosphere is electric, the view dazzling, and the room, quite beautiful. The wait staff has made quite a name for itself, in terms of customer service. Of course, we love the food and from the smiles all around, so does every one else. On this night, a selection of tasty cheeses followed the extraordinary gauspacho soup and the delicious tuna dip. Delectable Lamp for my lady and the amazing new mussel dish for me. Simply fabulous! A specialty cocktail for my wife, a glass of cava for me, cafe con leche for both, and the famous Chef Garses donuts for dessert. A great experience as always!!"

  • "I've eaten at this restaurant on three occasions the food is out of this world! It's always consistently delicious, tapas style and the food comes out as its prepared so always hot hot hot! It will not disappoint especially if ur a foodie like me... To date I've eaten over 20 selections off their menu and it just gets better and better... Must tries are the; lamb meatballs, shrimp ajillo, clams and chorizo and diver scallops to name a few."

  • "Amada was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious! Our waiter was excellent and explained the ingredients in every dish we ordered. The delivery of the food was timely and superb. The manager greeted everyone personally and was charming. I made my reservation on Open Table and mentioned I would like a table with a view. I got my table and our waiter greeted us with "Happy Anniversary". When dessert arrived they had Happy Anniversary written in chocolate with a lit candle. Subtle and charming were these gestures since we had never requested acknowledgement. Amada has magnificent food, management and service. A wonderful restaurant and despite rumors that the Revel is closing, it was packed. Hope u stay open for years to come!"

  • "Food is excellent and our server Jom was amazing! He was very professional and went the extra mile for anything we needed. Next time we come here we will ask to be seated with him. Note able food items: dates wrapped in bacon, short rib flat bread!"

  • "This is by far one of the BEST restaurants I have ever been to. The service was outstanding, the ambience was beautiful and the food was SO delicious. My mother, who is a vegetarin and extremely picky, loved this restaurant. There is something for everyone, and although the menu seems odd, it is excellent!! Would definitely reccomend this to everyone!! By far the best restaurant in AC!"

I don't want to be served by anyone other. So knowledgable and so pleasurable. Every resturant should have one of him!!! The food was Unbelievable!!! Creative and delicious. Never have my taste buds enjoyed such a meal!"

  • "Dined here on July 6th but the fireworks were delayed due to weather. Had a window table , so front row for the fireworks. Restaurant was very busy. However, the service was very good. The food was excellent. Pork flank steak was exceptional. Had the cheese plate, chorizo & lamb meatballs. All were excellent. This is a great location, as the restaurant is right above the beach the view is like being at sea. Hope someone saves the Revel as this was the best food I've ever had in AC."
    Dined on 7/6/2014
  • "Tapas variety was broad, Service was terrific, and food very tasty."

We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't leave hungry, it was some of the most amazing flavors imaginable, the desserts were equally divine and the service and management were awesome. We cannot say enough about the experience and will definitely return!"

  • "Amada continues to sell out and it is easy to see why. The room is magnificent, every server treats you as if you were a regular, and the food is nothing short of magnificent. This is fine dining at its best, with surprisingly reasonable prices. The place is managed so well, you shall marvel at the experience. We are fortunate to dine here frequently and we have never been disappointed. On this occasion, the fabulous gazpacho, succulent pork, lamb chops from Heaven and the new mussel dish . Each was superb, the quality of presentation, the taste, everything was prepared with great care and was perfect. Top it off with their fabulous cocktails, a glass of fine wine and an incredible and you have fine dining at its best."

  • "We enjoyed all the food that we had, the view is outstanding and we appreciated one of the managers coming over to check on us. Really a fantastic dinner, although we felt that the waitress could have given us better guidance on what we ordered, because we ordered way too much food for the 2 of us and 2 of the dishes were very similar. If you're in AC, go."
    Dined on 7/5/2014
  • "Plain and simple, you don't deliver a martini to the table in a wine glass and tell us you are out of martini glasses. Food was tasty shrimp were tiny, food was rushed. Would not go back lacks attention to detail. The Revel itself has trash all over tyne place"
    Dined on 7/5/2014

  • "Good food. Good service. Well orchestrated. Nuch better than our previous visit and more as marketed."
    Dined on 7/5/2014
  • "Food was a bit off. Regular diners will immediately taste the difference. One dish was very salty. Had to be sent back. Restaurant wasn't operating at its A game. Staffed blamed it on summer help in the kitchen."
    Dined on 7/4/2014
  • "With 4th of July fireworks postponed our early dinner post rainstorm was interesting at Amada, with a great view of the surf and surfers in front of us and world cup soccer playing out behind us. Having been to the sister restaurant in Phillie, we found this different, due to the view, timing and our tapas choices... Highlights were gambas (2 ways, sizes) short rib flatbread, jamon wrapped salad and a halibut special. The only minor miss was a too salty arroz (served with halibut); except for this the entire meal was excellent. The service was accomodating yet unobtrusive; the decor and ambience upscale, modern yet comfortable. Overall our dining experience at Amada is one that will be remembered and recommended to Atlantic City visitors..."
