  • "I have been to this restaurant three times now. Each time was fantastic. I make my reservation via OT and make it a place I dine when I am in AC for a few days. Keep in mind that this restaurant can be very busy. The noise can be quite energetic. However, I love it. The food is FABULOUS. From the garlic shrimp, lamb meatballs, roasted white asparagus, and anchovies in endive, to the ham croquettes and manchego with lavender and truffle honey, it is all amazing. The olive oil cake tastes like Christmas. It is wonderful. I can't say enough about the fresh menu with such lively flavors. I realize that Revel is closing soon, but I hope that the resort will reopen soon."

  • "From the moment we enter, everyone is friendly, making you feel special! The server has excellent knowledge of the food and wine . The server shows every concern that you will appreciate your selections from the menu. The food's presentation is very enticing, and the food is so delicious. My favorite is the paella! And the best Sangria I ever have, is Amadas'. I make sure that we go back to AC because it's worth coming back! We have come back three times in a year! Really worth the long drive from Virginia."

  • "Five of us enjoyed a variety of beautifully prepared dishes: olives- big, small, green, black, purple and all unique flavors and delicious. Then, manchego with truffled, lavender honey - amazing! Followed by goat cheese with strawberry balsamic sauce - smooth and delectable. Next, Iberian pork -nothing better in this world and so perfectly cooked for a crispy skin protecting succulent slices of pork. Lastly, seafood paella and filet mignon (for the 2 allergic to seafood) - both "to die for!" Accompanied by a bottle of Rich Tempranillo wine (our server let us taste a few before deciding). A perfect night. No better tapas/Spanish delights anywhere outside of Spain like this! Thank you Jose Garces and staff!"

  • "We had an unbelievable dining experience here starting with a romantic table overlooking the ocean, sumptuous tapas that included watermelon/tomato gazpacho, lamb meatballs with manchego, artichoke and mushroom flatbreads, shrimp and garlic, potatoes bravas, goat cheese with tomatoes and a decadent chocolate lava cake. Our waiter Joffrey was terrific. A shame they are closing on September 1."

Have enjoyed both Amada locations many times, was thrilled when the AC store opened but after this experience it's possible but doubtful we'll ever visit even the Philly location again. For the price of an Amada much better can be found. Disappointing doesn't begin to cover it."

  • "We went to Amada-Philadelphia 4 years ago for our anniversary and had an amazing evening! Complementary champagne, complementary dessert, amazing service. We checked out Amada-Revel for our anniversary this year. We had an amazing view of the beach, although the seats were very close to each other and our intimate dinner felt like we were sharing it with our neighbors. Our server was great, very friendly, and our food was delicious. However, our dessert took forever to come to the table and the coffee I ordered didn't come until after we got the check. I have to admit that despite telling them it was our anniversary when we made our reservation, they didn't do anything extra except throw a candle on my plate and say "Happy Birthday.""

  • "We made a reservation for a special occasion. I was very disappointed in the seating. I requested a table with a view and was seated near the kitchen in a busy walkway. When I asked to move to another empty location the hostess said the other tables weren't for groups of two (even though Some tables were groups of two). The food and service was good, but I would not return or recommend this restaurant. There are many other better restaurants with nicer atmosphere in AC"

  • "Amada is one of my favorite restaurants. I would highly recommend the lamp chops, roast pork (tastes like a steak) and the roast chicken. They brine the chicken first so it's perfectly charbroiled on the outside and incredibly tender and juicy on the inside. There were four of us and we had perhaps 10 different dishes, including the paella. The diverse flavors from each succulent dish is better the next. I don't think there is a bad choice. Incredible food, service and ambiance. I hope it will be there given all the problems with Revel, but if not, you can always go to Amada in Philly. Fantastic!"

  • "Food was fantastic. We had an earlier reservation, which I would recommend, so the food came out very fast. Everyone was super friendly and very attentive. The manager even made rounds to all the tables to check on everyone's meal and enjoyment. The only thing I would recommend to the restaurant is different desserts. Was surprised to only see the traditional Latin donut dessert but no flan. It didn't have a universal feel. But the food menu is delicious and so many options. Also would recommend a larger wine selection. Beautiful views and great design and atmosphere. Even the bar area would be a good spot to eat at here."

From cured meats and manchego/truffled Lavender Honey to start; Lamb Meatballs w/Shaved Manchego, Clams & Chorizo and Ham Croquettes, all were flavorful and woke up our tastebuds. The Roasted Pork, White Beans, Arugula, and Orange was a great end with crispy skin and tender well seasoned meat. If you havent tried Amada, get there before Revel closes its doors!"

  • "Party of 3 we had Chef's Selection for 55 pp and whole table has to have it. Were worried it about not having choice but there is so much on the menu that frankly we were overwhelmed trying to order on our own. Food was spectacular. Had crabmeat stuffed pepper w/slivered almonds, short rib flatbread, sautéed mushrooms, garbanzo w spinach soup, chicken w fingerling potatoes, ham croquettes, meat platter, cheese platter w delicious dips, shrimp in garlic sauce, & diver scallops. I might have forgotten something but we ate every morsel of everything. Was definitely worth the 55pp. Waiter was nice/helpful but service was eh overall & Couldn't get table by window even w reservation on Monday night. Sangria was excellent. Food is real star"

  • "I had long desired to experience Amada as I am a foodie and a virtual fan of chef Jose Garces. The ambiance was great and my waitress, Candace, was awesome. She was professional, energetic but not over the top, authentic and knowledgeable about every single menu offering. Although the small plates were unique, somewhat ambitious, and flavorful, overall every dish was too salty for my palette especially the piquillos which was also drenched in oil. The albondigas (meatballs) could have been perfect if it were not a tad too salty. The best part of my meal was my desert - chocalate cake with pistachio cream filling & pistachio ice cream....yum and unique. Not sure I will attempt to dine there again; bar/drinks are a tad pricey as well."

There is always excitement at Amada, a full house, everyone enjoying their evening, and, big smiles as each new dish arrives. Specialty cocktails, the gazpaii soup, best we have ever had, dazzling tapas with fine wine, and, a delicious dessert accompanied by the wonderful cafe con leche. A wonderful dining experience, time and again. Our favorite Saturday night spot just seems to get ever better. Try Amada, you too shall become regulars."

Seating was uncomfortable as we were placed on a couch type of table even after a request to sit by the window. We couldn't hear or understand our waiter. The food was terrible.   • "We chose Amada at Revel to celebrate a milestone birthday and although I had been there once before for tapas and cocktails, was feeling a bit more adventurous and wanted to try the other Spanish-inspired dishes. I'm happy to say, we were more than elated at the choice of tapas items to choose from, but blown away by the Lobster Paella, with enough seafood, saffron rice and vegetables to feed more than 2 people. The service was great, not overbearing. The view was panoramic of the Atlantic Ocean, with an amusement pier lit up in the background. All in all, this was in the top 3 of the best meals I've ever experienced in an Atlantic City Casino Hotel, with a great price point. Felicidades!"
