We started off with the octopus, it was very good, not as moist as I would have like but again very good. I had actually had octopus at another place the night before which was extremely moist probably not as healthy as this version was. Altamare is one of just a few favorites. The contemporary american preparations don't overwelm the fresh ingredients. Service is attentive without being intrusive.
