Food and beverage minimums vary based on guest count, date and time of reservation. Buyout pricing is available upon request. A food and beverage minimum, signed contract and credit card deposit are required for all group reservations.

The new All-American Bar & Grille features "Rio Dry Aged," our delicious in-house steaks famous for their taste and sizzle.

From crisp salads, delicious sandwiches, fresh seafood and "Rio Dry Aged" Angus steaks, even the heartiest appetite will be satisfied at the new All-American Bar & Grille. All of our steaks, burgers and fresh seafood are prepared on our open mesquite wood grill.

We feature a contemporary atmosphere with fireplaces surrounded by two waterfalls in the dining room. We also feature a sports bar with over 10 plasma TVs where we serve appetizers, afternoon margaritas and our famous Angus beef hamburgers.

Our chefs work hard to put that extra touch on every item served. Our mouth-watering in-house dry aged steaks, "Rio Dry Aged," are not to be missed!

  • "I had read reviews and so I wasn't expecting fine dining, but this was "meh" at best. Standard American fair, but not really good. Example- My husbands Cobb salad had onions which may be normal, but neither of us remember big strips of onions at any other restaurant. Service was rushed and inattentive. Example - Waiter ran over and slapped down dessert menus, but didn't come back to take order for at least 10 min. It also doesn't help that you have to walk through Rio, the smokiest Hotel in LV, to get there."

  • "Reservations at 0900, got seated. No help for 10 minutes. Had to ask for service, got drinks and had to ask for a waiter. Food came 35 minutes after being seated . Some of the food was cold after being told numerous times that it was almost ready. No follow up service, had to ask for items they forgot. Kind of overly nice at the end when we asked for the bill. Waste of time and money."

  • "Soup was cold, dinner rolls extremely hard, steak was ok but service was poor. Once waiter put food on table we did not see him again until he gave us the check. Never once checked on us to see if we needed anything. No drink refills either. When he placed food on the table we asked for steak sauce but he never returned. We got some from another table. When we were leaving the hostess asked if everything was ok and when I told her she replied that she was sorry to hear that."

  • "Unfortunately named, as All-American should not mean poor, inattentive service and marginal quality. The wait staff was unfriendly and unfamiliar with their own menu. We only saw him a couple times, two of which we're flagging him down because he initially didn't provide enough menus for our party (of two) and the second because by the time my meal came, I still didn't have a cutlery setting I'd been asking for since sitting down. I had a steak, ordered medium rare. It came in a variety of finishes, one end being medium and the other being quite rare. Our waiter being primarily absent, I ate what I was comfortable eating. The baked potato was actually pretty good, but probably not what one would want their restaurant known for."

  • "We had 14 people. Our server was very good and he took care of 14 people very well. One of the steaks was not cooked as it should have been. The quest waited a very long time for a new steak. She didn't get her meal until every one else was done with their dinner. The manager didn't openly offer a discount. Rather then comping the meal the manager took half off. As much as we spend on drinks, meals, and the 18% gratuity we didn't think the manager was very accommodating."

  • "In a town full of buffets, it was nice to have a good sit-down meal. The short rib slider were fantastic, they wer very tender and the sauce was good. Being from Wisconsin, I am a bit of a cheese soup snob and wasn't sure their cheese soup would fit the bill, however, I was pleasantly surprised. It was thick and creamy, with chunks of potato."

  • "If you're hungry, go here! The portions were huge! Maybe this is an American thing, but I couldn't believe the amount of food on my plate. I felt bad not being able to eat half the meal and then to have it thrown away. We were seated in a room at the back of the restaurant that holds about 30 people, but it was just us and 1 other couple. We kind of felt like the outcast back there, but at least it was quiet. Despite being cut off from the rest of the restaurant, the server was nice and stopped by to check on us from time to time. I don't know that I'd go back again, but if I did, I think I'd share my meal."

  • "We started with the beer cheese soup and oysters Rockefeller, both of which were good. While not entirely traditional - no hint of Pernod and topped with hollandaise - the oyster were tasty. They were perfectly cooked and very fresh tasting. Entrees were prime rib and the Cobb salad topped with lobster, shrimp, and king crab. At $21.99 this was a steal! The prime rib was great and our waiter could not have been better."

  • "Our meal was good. We enjoyed being close to the show we were seeing later in the evening (Penn &Teller). The American 'comfort food' selection was welcomed by my family - not always looking for something fancy. Having said all that, the restaurant could have gone the extra step or two in order to get from good to great. First example - my son got macaroni and cheese. It was plenty cheesy, but could have been improved had it been put under the broiler or baked. Another example was my chicken pot pie. It tasted pretty good, but was a little watery. I would have been happy with a smaller size physically but with slightly thicker filling. Our other meals were about the same. It wouldn't take much effort to go from good to great."

  • "I thought the service was excellent. Staff were attentive, helpful and pleasant. A complaint that I read previously was that the service was slow-definitely not the case with us. The service was on the mark. The food was good , but not great, The french onion soup was a bit too salty and their quesidilla was overstuffed. Cobb salad with shrimp was quite good."

  • "My biggest complaint is that most things on the menu were over-priced. I realize that this is a Vegas hotel and that *everything* in Vegas is over-priced, but even compared to other Vegas restaurants the menu for this restaurant was over-priced. Would rather eat on the strip for those prices. Aside from that, the food was OK - I ordered a burger cooked medium and it came out closer to well - and the service was OK - our waiter did a decent job. However, I don't think we'll be going back to this place."
