  • "My husband and I were on vacation in Las Vegas for our wedding anniversary. Our experience at Alize was perfect from start to finish. We had amazing views, drinks, food, and service. We had the 7 course tasting menu which was worth it! Every dish was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious!"

  • "Wonderful experience! The cheft sent two complimentary samples which began the experience. Their bread options were yummy. We shared a bottle of wine and it was excellent. Prepare to spend $100 for a bottle. Hubby had the rib eye and the potato side was unique and melt in your mouth! I had an appetizer salad which was out of this world. The taste of every bite was amazing. Hubby had the French onion soup which was excellent. For an entre, I just chose a side because I knew I wanted room for dessert. I had the corn ricotta ravioli. It was yummy and different. We had the chocolate soufflé and grand mariner soufflé, though the grand mariner was not that impressive. A very weak orange flavor but heavy egg flavor. View rocks!"

  • "Kristina did an outstanding job. The entire staff is friendly and professional and the food is amazing! We are making this a habit whenever we come to Vegas. Highly recommend."

  • "The food was good, service great, atmosphere, everything. Except for the chairs. They were too soft to sit comfortably upright. The angle of the chair was also conducive to leaning back. The chairs were also too narrow too. If you're one who likes a little extra leg room. The chairs basically ruined it."

  • "I would highly recommend this restaurant. We enjoyed a romantic 4th of July dinner. Overlooking a beautiful Vegas skyline and fireworks all over the city of Vegas. The service and food is excellent. The people serving our dinner were attentive. I asked for a wine recommendation, the server asked what we were going to order, the recommendation was spot on. ORDER your dessert with your dinner. ORDER a dessert!! It is worth it!! The food presentation was extraordinary and tasted as good as it looked. Do this!! It is worth it!!"

  • "My wife and I have been to Vegas many times and this is probably our favorite restaurant. The food is incredible an the view is evenbetter. I can not speak highly enough about this place."

  • "We were there 9 years ago and had a great experience. Now that restaurant feels really dated, not busy at all. The food and service are okay, nothing special compare to the rest of the places on the strip. Since we have to spend extra money to pay taxi to get there, the only good reason to go is because of the nice view."

  • "From the moment we walked out of the elevator, we knew we had picked a wonderful restaurant. From the ambience to the view, we were not disappointed. The wait staff was very attentive, but never hovered. The table was perfect, and the chairs were comfortable without being "loungey". And of course the food; we ate at some very good restaurants during our stay in Las Vegas, and Alize was the best. We chose the tasting menu and felt we made the perfect choice. Just enough for each course, prepared and presented in such a way you almost didn't eat it ... almost. For those vegans, you are not left out! Wonderful wine pairings. The cocktail menu was delicious and imaginative. We will definitely recommend it and make a return visit."

  • "My friend and I had the 7 course meal. I'm not a fan of the goose liver but everything else was amazing. The staff was very attentive and service was outstanding. It's expensive but you get what you pay for! I can see why this restaurant received a Michelin star. Would come again."

  • "This was a third visit and it was excellent again. Had the 7 course and wine paring for the first time and was impressed though my date got a bit tipsy by the end. Love this restaurant for the fine French food and superb service not to mention the view."

  • "It was my parents wedding anniversary. From the moment we walked up to the check in gal to the time we left the check in gal, the service was wonderful. The wait staff was very professional and amicable. The food was just hands down delicious. No disappointments at our table. This place is pricey but for the overall price and ambiance and food, i think it is well worth it. I will be back again!"

  • "Restaurant Alizé at the Top of the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas is worth every penny! The view is spectacular, the service outstanding, the food excellent and the wine list impressive. It is pricy, but worth it. We can highly recommend it, specially because you don't have to negotiate the traffic on the Strip."

  • "Very nice tasting menu in addition to a la carte. Portions were generous. In addition, there is usually an amuse bouche. Very nice ambience with views of the Strip. A romantic evening with great food."

  • "Situated at the top of Palms hotel with views over Vegas. Very big wine selection. Great French food. But I can say, that it's not one of the best Michelin starred restaurants. The service was quite slow - we've spent around 2,5 hours on the dinner, waiting long for each course. Anyway, it's worth a try on Vegas."

  • "We had a lovely dinner at Alize at the top of the Palms Casino. We had the tasting menu and added on caviar which was delicious. I would highly recommend the tasting menu. The duck and foie gras combination was amazing as was the lobster dish. I finished with the chocolate soufflé which was great. The only dish I didn't love was the tofu entrée -- it was a little too much like a teriyaki tofu steak but otherwise the dinner was superb."

  • "My husband, son and I enjoyed the tasting menu with wine pairing. The food, as you would expect, was outstanding. What made this dinner really stand out, though, was the service - friendly and competent and not at all stuffy or pretentious as one might expect in a high end French restaurant. The food, service and ambiance make this a great spot for a special occasion."

  • "We went for a memorable evening to enjoy the 7 course tasing menu with the paired wine. It was worth the cost, if you enjoy the food. It was nice to be able to select different choices, but the entire table must do the tasting. We knew this going in, this is high quality French food. Ejoy it we did!"

  • "Usually, when eating at a restaurant with a beautiful view like Alize has means compromising food quality. This was delightfully not the case on the evening we dined at Alize. Every course was excellent, the service was excellent, the seating comfortable, and the view outstanding. Our headwaiter was genuinely charming and actually from France. The only minus for us was the music. Its driving, techno quality did not fit in at all with the slightly casual elegance descriptive of the rest of our experience."

  • "This is my wife and I's favorite anniversary dinner spot and it never fails to exceed our expectations. The food and service are top notch and you certainly can't beat the best view on the strip. This was our first try of their new menu. I actually prefer the old menu a little better but as always it was great to try new things. The menu isn't bad they just got rid of some of our old favorites. "

  • "We went there for a friend birthday celebration. I had lamb rack. The best I have ever had. The birthday girl is a vegetarian. It is normally hard to find vegie food in a french restaurant. But she was very happy with her cold tomato soup and glazed Tofu. service is fantastic and great atmosphere for any special occasion. "

  • "Soup sent back as cold. No serving utensil with side of mushrooms...had to use own forks. Excellent view but certainly not worth the price. Enjoy the view from Ghostbar or High Roller then dine elsewhere."

  • "Really enjoyed our evening here. Our server was charming and fun. The view was great (loved spying on the pool rooms of the Palms sky villas!) and seeing the strip lit up. Food was good, but I've certainly eaten better and more creative french food for less. You definitely pay a premium for the view. I think the appetizer menu is in need of more inspiration - 2 foie gras dishes... really? The other 7 choices mainly made up of fish or snails. Mains were well cooked but slightly dull. Desserts were good. Wine menu extensive and expensive. It's the service and view that made our evening here special. "

  • "First time here and was looking forward to a fantastic meal.... The service was great and the view is incredible. Our appetizers were wonderful.... my wife chose Alize because of the Foie Gras, we can't get in CA..... it was prepared perfectly, I choose the smoked salmon, also great... but though we looked forward to their signature Dover Sole, we were deeply disappointed. It is hard to find fresh Dover sole in the US, so if any place woould have it, it's Las vegas.... But this didn't compare with fresh sole, filleted tableside and served with a light beurre blanc sauce... I can't be sure but the stack of mushy fish we received seemed like prepared frozen sole. Definitely overpriced!"

  • "We appreciated our French head waiter, who made our experience feel authentic. The sommelier made great wine selections as well, to further compliment the tasting menu which was fabulous."

  • "The food was top notch and so was the service. Very interesting combinations and kudos to the chef for a menu with a twist! We had a magnificent filet mignon and lamb loin. The only complaint would be that the decor was tired...needs a facelift and more colorful ambiance."
