From the beginning to the end of the meal, the staff there was friendly, knowledgeable and just a delight to deal with. The food was fantastic. The foie gras was some of the best I have every had, deliciously prepared. My husband had the lamb chops, which were incredible. He loved the sauce in which it was served. I had the filet, which was prepared perfectly. The views of Vegas were spectacular with the setting sun. From the welcome desk, to being seated, we knew we were in for a treat. We had the 7 course taster menu, and were delighted.
We were encouraged to share each course, so we ordered 14 different things and REALLY got to sample some amazing food.

We were visiting Vegas for our first time and celebrating our anniversary and the staff at Alize made our evening so special. We started off sharing the Maine Lobster Bisque which was incredible. I had the Filet which was melt in your mouth and my husband had the Prome Rib which was equally as tender and amazing as my steak, we ended off with the crime brule for dessert. At the top of the Palms, Alize had unbeliveable views of Las Vegas and we got to watch the strip come alive as the sun went down. We had incredible service from the wait staff, Javier and our other 2 dedicated servers. We search for restaurants of similar scope to the one we own for purposes of further exploring culinary creativity, plating, etc...We dined at Alize on Wednesday 4/3/13. Three of 4 of our party had Chef Rochat's and Chef de Cuisine Mark Purdy's tasting menu. (We were deeply appreciative that not all members of our party were required to do the tasting menu as is common at other venues). Overall, we were greatly impressed with the quality of food, the plating and the attentiveness of the staff. Pricing was consistent with other Las Vegas venues focusing on fine dining. I previously experienced Alize' and enjoyed it very much. So upon considering a special place to take my visiting Parents for Easter Dinner I thought I would try Alize' again. The Dinner event was wonderful. My desire to give them an experience beyond their expectations succeeded. Entering the restaurant and being escorted to our seat by the window my parents were immediately pleased. We decided upon the chef's tasting menu and it was deliciously perfect. My mother and father quote the finely prepared dishes they enjoyed and savor. The beautiful view of the Strip and the mountains was second only to the wonderful cuisine. The wait staff did a marvelous job of taking care of anything we needed while maintaining a romantic dinner setting.

The view is unbeatable. You have a view of the entire strip and the mountains as well. This place is high end from start to finish. I found it very interesting that the staff is not uptight at all, and put you at ease. Unfortunately we had to rush to see a show, but the staff made us feel as though we could have stayed at our table all night if we wanted to. This food you want to savor as long as you can.
