A word from Alison Eighteen
Inspired by the classic brasseries of Paris, Alison Eighteen is warm & inviting: a grand bar & dining space that is simultaneously contemporary & classic with period-inspired details. Banquettes of eggplant leather, with cherry red buttons, provide romantic corners & a touch of whimsy.
The menu, on which Entrees from the rotisserie have pride of place, is influenced by farms & producers who take care with their growing, fishing, raising & production, offers soul-satisfying dishes without pretense = refined simplicity.
Classically-crafted, yet inspired cocktails, a well curated wine list & Alison’s signature hospitality compliment & reflect the menu & ambience.
