I like the location and the view. I also think this little spot might have a much better atmosphere after dark. Our experience was adequate. We were attending a family member's birthday. The pictures on Open Table, though accurate, give the impression of a finer dining experience. We arrived too early for the dinner menu; the lunch menu was lackluster in my opinion. If you don't want a sandwich, you may be pressed to find something interesting to eat beyond a salad. The wine (by the glass) tasted like the bottle may have been open beyond a desirable time period (most bottles are not at their best after 4 days). The service was prompt and polite, the food palatable. Sometimes you just want to have your socks knocked off. Oh well.

This was a last minute choice because we needed a place for breakfast that was close by. The view from the patio of the mountains was beautiful but the rest was mediocre. The food was big and uninspired, we were hoping for better. The service was just fair as well. All around we could go there if there wasn't another choice but I wouldn't choose it again.

We've been going to this restaurant since it opened many years ago and have always enjoyed it. We were extremely disappointed to hear it would no longer be open for evening dining.
