We adore Aliotos.Each time we visit San Francisco we also go for lunch or dinner.Both are very good experiences.From the entrance with Maitre George!!to the food and the wines all great!!Please try the scioppino and do not forget the crab in any way!!This time for lunch we sat at a wonderful table with the view of the pier!!!

Very consistent and entire staff is always very accommodating since we have 2 small children. The waitress missed a few items on the order and we had to remind her, but overall a good experience. We will continue to return anytime we bring the kids to the wharf.

I visit SF 8 to 10 times a year for both business and pleasure. I always dine at Alipto's at least once per trip because their hot steamed Dungeness crab is THE BEST IN SF! My meal is always the same: a bowl of crab bisque, 1/2 a steamed crab and a glass of Chardonnay. This is the first time a made the reservation through Open Table and I have to say, I think the service was notched up just a bit.
