The food is consistently very good, and the service is extraordinary. We did not want them fried but 'a la plancha' and he cooked them for us like we wanted. He also did so with the shrimp and that was delicious. We ordered the calamari and the shrimp twice after we finished our paella. The paella was also very good, a bit small though. After dinner the chef came back again to check on us and see if we had a good dinner. The tortilla was also excellent. My particular favorites were the crab cakes and the omelette. The sauce with the mushrooms was divine, as well - perfect for dipping bread into.
