Ossabuco5/17/2013 12:00:00 AMOur meals took about an hourOur meals took about an hour and a half to arrive, but that aside, it was excellent.5/16/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing!!If you're looking for a phenomenal dining experience in a beautiful setting, then Aldo's is a must. I took my girlfriend there for dinner and we were blown away by the service, atmosphere, and especially the food! Everything was perfect.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMHas it all, except 5 star foodLocation, ambiance, service= Top notch.
Food=OK. Which is not OK.
Escargo:slightly too much lemon and not enough garlic. Balance was off.
Ossobuco: just slightly too salty, but salty. I know salt is needed in food, I use it, but you don't use it to taste it, you use it to enhance the taste of the food.
Veal saltimbocca: REAL salty. Prosciutto cut too thick. Veal a little chewy. I know veal is tricky. Hard to eat.4/29/2013 12:00:00 AMWhat a great restaurant!What a great restaurant! Food and service was fantastic! It was just a little noisy. But I would highly recommend it to all.4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMGood Food Antipasta PlateGood Food

Very nice ambiance4/25/2013 12:00:00 AMAnother very nice dinner atAnother very nice dinner at Also's. Food was very good. I had the Osso Bucco, and my wife had the Bronzino special. Both were prepared and presented nicely and were delicious. The staff was very attentive. The only drawback to the otherwise wonderful evening was the long time to get drinks before the meal. In Aldo's defense, the bar - which you pass when entering - was very full when we arrived.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMNew-Found Favorite in Little ItalyThis was our first trip to Aldo's and it was one of the best meals I've had in Little Italy. We had 6 PM reservations. The bartender was phenomenal and consistently made cocktails exactly to order. We had the fried eggplant appetizer, which was delicious. Everyone in our party ordered one of the veal dishes and no one was disappointed. I had the veal chop, incredible. My wife had the Saltimbocca, also delicious and the other couple we were with went for the Osso Bucco, which was very tender and delicious. For desert, the tiramisu was quite tasty. The only piece of constructive criticism, the service was excellent up to desert. It took 15-20 minutes for coffee and desert to arrive. Highly recommend this place!4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMThe menu included a wonderfulThe menu included a wonderful variety and the service was impeccable. For a special occasion, I would go there again in a heartbeat. The valet parking was an added bonus, especially in the narrow streets of Little Italy.4/7/2013 12:00:00 AMExceptional FindWe went for a romantic dinner for our honeymoon. The service was wonderful. They gave us complimentary champagne.The bread was delicious as was our spinach salad with walnuts, raisins, and creamy champagne dressing. We both had the specials and were blown away. His sea bass was scrumptious and my pasta special was mouth watering.
We treated ourselves to desert and shared the chocolate mousse and berries and cream. Amazing.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing food and amazing service!Amazing food and amazing service! One of the few places that has the components for and knows how to make my favorite cocktail ... the Bramble.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMOne of the best places inOne of the best places in Little Italy.The service was outstanding. The food was terrific. I will come here again.4/5/2013 12:00:00 AMA Must Go To Restaurant!Terrific place for a quiet dinner....background music is loud enough to hear but low enough to have a conversation without all other tables hearing it; but I wish the music selection was more Italian...but others would love the mix of music genre. The veal chop Milanese was incredible and my husband loved the lamb...Aldo's is our restaurant to go to everytime we go up to Baltimore...have never had any dinner that wasn't equisite! Service is terrific, especially Dan...and the wine list is to envy....ask for recommendations if you are not sure...the staff is knowledgeable. We will be back many more times. Thank you Aldo's!4/5/2013 12:00:00 AMThis was our first LittleThis was our first Little Italy in Baltimore dining experience and we will definitely be back! We took our daughter and her boyfriend and there wasn't one thing left on our plates! My personal favorite was the panzanella salad, but we all enjoyed the limoncello at the end of the meal!3/30/2013 12:00:00 AMAnother wonderful meal andAnother wonderful meal and caring service. The hostess was beyond thoughtful - she was amazingly sweet and took great care to make sure we were happy.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMThe service was excellent.The service was excellent. In fact, the waiter kept asking if everything was sufficient. I told him look around of course it is! My husband loves Italian food and we've recently relocated to the area. I chose this restaurant based on other reviews and he was delighted. I don't eat meat and wasn't in the mood for pasta that evening, but was able to find a delicious meal on the menu.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfect romantic dinner spotThe menu was fabulous. We went for a romantic dinner and we weren't disappointed. The service was excellent. The food was perfect.3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent,TOP-NOTCH restaurantExcellent,TOP-NOTCH restaurant experience! Night before St. Patricks Day so crowd may have been a bit lighter, but got VIP service and attention from the entire staff! Including a visit from the Executive Chef, Sergio, Aldo's son, which rounded out a very special & romantic evening! Memorable & have saved the cork from the wine bottle to commemorate the evening!3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMWe had wanted to try somethingWe had wanted to try something different in Little Italy and Aldos had received many accolades for food and service that we thought it was worth a try. The food was wonderfully prepared. However, for the price and the portions it was not worth it. I ordered the veal saltimbocca and the sauteed spinach which is an ingredient of the dish was considered the "side dish". If I wanted a potato it would have been an additional $6.00. We will not return3/9/2013 12:00:00 AMWe went for dinner duringWe went for dinner during Restaurant week. I had the pork sausage for the first course, which was a surprisingly big appetizer. It's very hearty and rustic. For the main course, I had the rockfish with potatoes, and for dessert, the panna cotta. Both were excellent. My sister had the tuna carpaccio, which was pretty amazing. If I went again, I'd get that. The service was attentive and helpful all around.1/25/2013 12:00:00 AMThe "go to" for great foodYou can always count on Aldo's for outstanding food, service and atmosphere!
