Alchemy is already a success for Michael and Debi Matassa, who owned the popular Fusion Grille in Fallston. While Michael is the executive chef, Debi is the sommelier and pastry chef. "I had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The food is delicious and a must have is the brussel sprouts, seriously, they are that good!
The upstairs is cozy yet elegant. The service was also outstanding. We will certainly make a return visit. Highly recommended."

"We went for a Saturday brunch. What we learned was that brunch is only on Sundays. If you only offer brunch on a Sunday than your website should state it. We heard others also ask about a brunch. I was told that the avacodo salad was large enough to be an entree - my husband had more chips with his burger than I had salad. My husband had ordered the prix fixed meal, and chose the Bailey's brownie, which was extremely crunch/hard. I wasn't asked if I wanted coffee, nor given a dessert menu. When I made mention to this I was told that dessert & coffee were only for the prix fixed menu. I have never been to a restuarant that didn't offer dessert to all patrons. Other visits had been good. There won't be future ones."

"The food at Alchemy is indescribable, and delicious. It is our go-to place for any special occasion (and whenever anyone asks us out). The chef is a miracle worker, and his wife, the chefette and sommelier, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The service is good, and the ambiance is just right for almost any occasion."

"The food and the service were as perfect as every other time I have come to the Alchemy to share a dinner. The presentation of the food is almost as wonderful as the taste. The brunch menu was wonderful, with excellent food choices. The presentation of the food was excellent also. Our waiter,Travis, provided terric service."
