Alba's is truly fine dining. The ambiance of this very large restaurant enhanced the wonderful meal that followed. My wife and I shared the eggplant rollentini appetizer which was very fresh and exquisitely prepared. We each ordered fish specials. My swordfish was perhaps the best I've ever tasted and my wife said the same for her salmon. The service was very attentive we felt that all of our needs were satisfied. One thing however. However, it was quite noisy and hard to have a conversation with the couple we were with. I did request a quiet table and I guess they tried but sitting in the big main room is too noisy. The lobster and crab ravioli had a delicious sauce and was fantastic. The whole fish Bronzino, prepared table side, was one of the most moist and best peices of fish I have had. The vegetables were fresh and well prepared - I loved it.
