Even though we ordered (delicious) appetizers, we were STARVING by the time dinner came out - it was a full 70 minutes between app & entrée, and we ordered everything at once, and were among the first to be seated in the restaurant? Food is so good, we didn't want to spoil our appetites by filling up on extra bread.
TIMING definitely off the night we went - great waiter, but delay in getting our meals seemed out-of-the-ordinary & really felt draining -- not to be dramatic, but lack of communication was the crux of it. Waiter could have just helped set expectations WHILE we waited.

I had not expected to find a great restaurant out in the greater Boston area so we were pleasantly surprised to have a romantic evening planned at this one. The restaurant is french-asian, we were looking forward to enjoying the blend of the two. We opted for the chef tasting menu for two which comprised 7 courses, 4 sashimi 2 french & 1 dessert. Included as well was wonderfully baked french bread which we enjoyed as well. We thought we had a reservation for restaurant week,when we got there we were told it ended so we shrugged it off as we were wrong and anticipated a nice dinner regardless. The food was very delicious & presented well, my husband is a highly trained chef and I have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. We appreciate a nice restaurant. The only thing we would differently next time is, I would sit next to my husband in stead of across. We also were not crazy about sitting between people so close to us. We do not go out to hear everyone else's conversations.
