"You get what you pay for. Excellent food at a premium price. My wife had scallops that were perfectly cooked, and I had a Rib Eye that was to die for. Sides are a la carte. The parmesan asparagus was incredible."

"I was very disappointed ...very ordinary restaurant..food was passable..service was annoying..they were either there there too often or away talking amongst themselves and not there when you needed them. Ambiance was dingy. Will not return..the only good thing was the location."

"This was my second time eating here and it did not disappoint. The food was excellent and so was the service. Their prefixe lunch menu for $31 is well worth the price, just wish it would include coffee/tea - paying $4.50 for a cup of tea is a bit ridiculous."

"We went to AJ Maxwell's for my fiance's birthday upon a recommendation from a friend. The ambiance and service were amazing! The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. I believe the servers there work as a team and it certainly worked well. I loved the variety of food on the menu, including desserts. The timing of the food was perfect, we weren't rushed nor did we feel it took too long. When the sides came out, we realized we didn't have enough and ordered some more. The additional sides were out in no time at all! Considering the quality of the food and service, I was shocked it wasn't packed. We will be back to Aj Maxwell's!"
