Diner Reviews
  • "Our server was very friendly and told us about the specials. We ordered off the menu and decided to split a garden salad, when it arrived is was on two plates, which was convenient. The salad however was not as nice as I was expecting. I enjoyed the ceaser salad last time and wished I had ordered it again this time. I ordered the ribs, they were very tasty, the meat fell off the bones. For dessert we shared sorbet, it was amazing. I would highly recommend the sorbet to anyone. The service was fast, friendly and personal. I felt very well looked after. The food was great and we were told we could watch the opening act from the restaurant."

  • "the food was very very good and the service too, price was a little high but food was worth it"

  • "The service is always first rate. I enjoy dining here while watching the game. Great atmosphere, good food and good service all while watching the event."

  • "Good view from the south end of the arena, given today's big screen technology. A great alternative to being stuck in the same seat all night in the arena, as you can stroll around the restaurant and visit the bar. The food is excellent, although pricey, and gives added ambience and convenience to enjoying a concert. Our server was excellent."

  • "If you enjoy spending a bit of money, you will definitely enjoy the food at this restaurant. Do yourself a favour though and SELECT your table carefully and hopefully in advance. Many of the tables are 1-2 inches from each other. As a two-some, you are seated beside two other strangers - which could be great or problematic. Also - if you intend on staying in the restaurant for the game, again seat selection is paramount. Some tables cannot see anything without standing on your chair - which makes eating a bit difficult."

  • "Ironically my seats ten rows from the ice were warmer than the AC Club. It was very cold in there. The staff were wearing jackets. But there is much more. Tables are jammed together so you feel like you are dining with a dozen strangers. Noise level is very high and forces everyone to shout. Hence, you are hearing every word of neighbours conversations. Sent back the cannelloni, sauce was terrible, and couldn't tell what the meat was. thought maybe pulled pork, turned out to be braised beef rib. Server was indifferent about this and pointed out that someone else said they loved it. The one positive is that given the tight timelines, they can get you in and out in time for the game."

  • "I had booked the restaurant for a Raptor pre game lunch but when we arrived they had created a brunch buffet instead. I was pleasantly surprised but would have liked to have been made aware in advance as I was looking forward to just a salad, I had already had breakfast. Anyway, it was really nice laid out, our server was awesome and the rest of the staff so friendly and accomodating. I will definitely be back."

  • "If you are going for a concert or game it is a great per-event restaurant. The food is okay but this restaurant allows you to relax and enjoy a drink until you are ready to go to your seats. Great atmosphere but definitely pricey. It is worth it for a night out at the ACC"

  • "Great place to go to before a concert at the ACC. Given the amount of people/ action in short space of time - the small menu works very well - it's not over ambitious and delivers. Good wine selection. My server was extremely helpful and moved me to better view of concert so I could finish my meal and watch at the same time."

  • "Its a wonderful experience being there....energy is great. Food was very good. A little pricey however, you get what you pay for. So it is worth it. The type of restaurant you go to for a big treat."

  • "Had tickets to see Billy Joel and what a concert it was. The staff as usual were the best, the atmosphere fantastic and the food just delightful. When ever we come to Toronto and there is an event at the ACC we book the Air Canada Club. We will see you again very soon."

  • "The prices are for fine dining, but the atmosphere and setting is sports bar. In hindsight, I suppose not surprising, but unexpected. At another visit to the Air Canada Centre, I would eat elsewhere. It was not clear how the seating was assigned."

  • "It's the MLSE, what more can be said.... great food, attentive and pleasant service, extremely expensive for what you get..... frequenting many notable restaurants with clients, I am always amazed that I spend 25-30% more than some of the finest dining in the city. I guess that is what you pay for a captive market with extreme convenience that comes with entertainment (most of the time) if you are running late and unable to get dinner before the game. Atmosphere is great. It's expensive to be a Leafs Fan!"

  • "Went to ACC club Saturday night before seeing Sting / Paul Simon concert (excellent show btw). They offered a fairly small fixed menu. Food was great! Caesar salad app was enough to share. We both ate chili cheeseburgers and both really enjoyed them. The hand cut super greasy potato chips were really tasty. It's a pricey spot but we expected to pay a premium to dine at the ACC on an event night. Would definitely recommend!"

  • "Food was amazing! Wine suggested by our server was divine! Will be our only pre-show dining choice from now on!"

  • "Always a great meal and convenient spot if you are going to ACC events. It's not cheap but the food is very good and you can get in early and beat the line ups. You can watch all the pregame or preshow activities from the restaurant and go to your seats whenever you want"

  • "Portions are great Everything is very overpriced but you are paying for the location. All positive!"

  • "It was valentine and Justin Timberlake. The young lady seated us and then we were completely ignored. We only had time to order appetizers after I finally tracked down a waitress. We asked for dressing on the side and it came overloaded with it. The crab dip had 5 small crackers and the calamari was drenched with butter. Not a great night for my girlfriend and I on such special day. I will be hard pressed to return to this restaurant. I felt terrible because all i left was a 15% tip on a $100 bill."

  • "Would only come again to avoid the line up for a game or concert. Uncomfortable seating."

  • "We experienced an outstanding night at the AC Centre. Prior to the Justin Timberlake show we arrived for our reservation time. We promptly met with smiles from the front desk, the same at our table from our server. All of the servers we dealt with were friendly, knew the menus, excellent suggestions etc. and were a blast. We hadn't realized it but after 3 hours is was time for the show!, that says alot! The wine choice was first rate. All of our meals from Caesar salad, lobster Bisque, chicken, and ribs were an experience. Thanks for the suggestion Ticket Master. I suggest you make a booking and enjoy the night, bring your visa! it's going to cost you, but we all agree it was worth every bit."

  • "I made a reservation here, so that our group had a central meeting place and a bite to eat prior to the Jay-Z concert. The food was great, but overpriced, but then again it is the ACC!! Our seats for the concert were in the 300 level, but we were able to stay at our table in the Air Canada Club for the entire show. This was amazing! Everyone in our group had a blast and are definitely planning on making reservations prior to an event in the future."

  • "My Girlfriend and I chose to dine at the Air Canada Club so that we could see the opening acts at the Keith Urban concert. The service was less then attentive, I am not sure if they were under staffed and busier then they expected or if our server pre-judged us because we were 2 females and he maybe felt we wouldn't spend as much money as his other tables or if our server just really isn't meant for the service industry. Whatever the case we made the most of our evening and over looked the fact that it took 15-20 mins to get a glass of wine, he didn't offer us another bottle of sparkling water after we finished the first one and our server didn't quality check our food at any point during the 2 hours we were there!"

  • "The restaurant is beautiful and the view of arena fllor is awesome but my meal was very pricey. Not great value for the money."
    Dined on 1/25/2014
  • "Everything at the restaurant was great, food was good and the service very good. Not a slit on the restaurant but the entrance to the ACC was a problem with the new paperless tickets for Keith Urban. We arrived at 4:50 to give us time to get in for our 5 pm reservations. The gate 2 was not ready for us or the crowd, machine was not there or set up and we had to wait till 5:20 before they got set up. Like I said not your fault but please pass on to ACC. TY/BM"

  • "IF your going to the game, you gotta go to the restaurant!"

  • "Okay food, good service, but over priced with items (burger) starting at $29 and steaks starting at $53. Would recommend the prime rib ($44) and if you have kids to order off the kids menu which is considerably less expensive. Good view of the court or ice is avaialbe so be sure to request it when reserving. Of the three sit down restaurants at the ACC, this is probably the best choice due to the view."

  • "The food was tasty - a little expensive - but portions were appropriate. Pre hockey game ambiance was great. Generally a good experience when included with the hockey game"
    Dined on 1/7/2014
  • "We had booked the ACC as a special nite out and after being greeted by the hostess and seated, it started off great. The beer selection was deplorable with the standard big brewery issues. When the food arrived, we were less the trhilled. My wife had the prime rib which was average at best. I had the rack of ribs which were cold and the sauce on the ribs themselves was dry and bland. We ended up not finishing our meals and headed to the concession stands. IMHO this is an overpriced meal which has only one draw and it's the location."

  • "We had a great time with good food and wine, plus we could comfortably watch the Leafs win some hockey!"

  • "Eon was a great host and we all enjoyed the evening"
    Dined on 12/27/2013
  • "Great service from Eon our waiter. There was a strike on at the time that caused the menu to be shortened considerably. The food they did have was very good and served hot. Great sightline to the ice surface if you want to stay there for the whole game."

  • "My boyfriend and I dined at the ACC while watching rod Stewart. While the menu was limited, the food was good. My prime rib was a little to rare for me so I took it home and cooked it just a little longer. Tasted great! The place was loud but that was expected. I recommended the restaurant to anyone looking for a night out with dinner followed by a concert."

  • "Our reservation was for 5:30 PM. We were greeted at the entrance who took us to our table, booth actually. There were 5 of us: myself, my son and 3 of his boys. Menu list was a bit short but was enough to pick what we wanted. Food was good, grandkids had a good time and were very excited to see Leafs. Overall we had great time and will see you soon again. Regards, David Citrin"

  • "we have to wait for one hour for a plate of halibut and Bison rib eye which was the special of the day. The fish fillet was dry and condiments cannot be less. I am not a big eater nut I have to grab a chicken strip and fries after. My husband's Bison rib eye was average. we were surprised of to slow service even the restaurant was not that busy."
