My boyfriend and I went there on Sunday. He had a spinach dip which was OKAY, I had Tuna Tartare which was actually presented beautifully and tasted good. For my entree I had a quinoa salad with chicken- it was pretty dry and bland, my boyfriend had eggs. We spent $86. Was it worth it? No. We sat on the balcony area which was nice I guess but I am not returning there, was very over priced for the quality of food we ate. That same street has about 3-5 other restaurants and we should have gone to any one of those.

I came in for brunch early Sunday afternoon, we were greeted by the hostess, who was very sweet and attentive. At that hour there were only about a handful of people dining. Which is why I can't understand why our waitress would take so long coming to check on us and take our orders. She would be standing around chit chatting with her co workers. Everything about Ainsworth Park was great, except for the customer service from our waitress, I suggest you be more attentive to your guests, especially when its not busy.

Took my mom to lovely Ainsworth park for brunch. we sat outside on a beautiful Spring day. (Sat.5.3) I had made reservations for 12:30, but it wasn't crowded at all. the ambiance was calm and inviting. The sun doesn't hit the outside strongly. Nice breeze. Would definitely dine there again. The food was spectacular. Mom had the french toast and I had the 3 egg omelet with spinach tomatoes and gruyere cheese. Both were delightful. The Home fries… were a tastebuds dream come true. I would have to say these are the best home fries I have ever had.

When I arrived (on time) for my 5:45 reservation, before she seated me, the hostess made it very clear that I needed to be done and out by 7pm, as they were fully booked that evening. I've never experienced anything like that before. Less than welcoming. I just had a salad and a beer. The salad was extremely overdressed, but the add-on chicken was very good. The music was extremely loud, maybe because they needed everyone to move along by 7. It's lovely dining room, but the entire length of it was lined with TVs, which seemed out of character for the room.

I came here with my sister on a Saturday night. Neither of us wanted to do anything crazy, but just hang out at the bar and have a yummy dinner. The pulled pork sandwich is delicious and the bar area was packed, but in a good way, not in a way that it is impossible to get a drink. Overall, good environment, food, and service. Recommended.

We went for a midweek dinner and were surprised how poorly laid out the floorplan was and amateurish the restaurant seemed to be managed. From lining tables down unnecessarily cramped aisles to requiring a credit card before allowing diners to order food, the experience was not one we'll repeat. It may be worth overcoming inhospitality for excellent food, but not for the mediocre. In a city with so many exceptional options, it's hard to see why one would opt for Ainsworth Park.

Hostess should not have a scowl on her face so early in a dinner shift! Your server should be able to pronounce items off their specials! She should also make her customers aware of what has already been 86 before orders are placed. Drinks were overpriced and tasted horrible. Server did not check in with her tables until after three of our guest had already eaten their dinner while one was still awaiting! No apologies for not checking or for the wrong order. Food -extremely salty, over cooked, truffle Mac and Cheese felt like truffle oil so gross tuna dried out, calamari chewy! Awful!

Went after work about 6:30or so. Noise level was decent but as the evening progressed it was a bit much...college football game was on the big screen. Food was really good, although our waitress forgot our oysters. She did make up for it by not only making sure it was off the bill but also didn't charge us for the side dish.

Used a LivingSocial- didn't have high expectations. I know people who have worked here before and the menu looks like high class bar food. We mentioned to the manager when he stopped by our table (surprisingly) that they had been out of both the wine I wanted and the appetizer we wanted and he comped us an app on the house (the one they were "out" of...which is still a little weird). Pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed dinner there- had only been for drinks before.

We had the Truffle Mac and Cheese and Fries, Norwegian Eggs Benedict and Ricotta Pancakes and everything was yummy and the waitress was very nice and accommodating and the music was low enough so we could talk. Because they didn't have buttermilk biscuits we got an extra dish which was the Mac and Cheese. Our favorite.

So, I went here with a Livingsocial deal with my boyfriend for dinner. It is a weird combination of fine dining restaurant and sports bar. The interior is lovely, but it doesn't seem to know what it wants to be. We went on a Sunday night and the place was empty. We got a great table on the patio by the street. Our server was great. I had the oyster sliders (yummy, and not too greasy!). My boyfriend go the waygu beef burger, which comes with fries. He said it was perfect with the carmelized onions and smothered in gruyere. The fries (huge portion!) were crispy and perfect. We also split the tuna tartare app and the beet and goat cheese salad. Both were fresh and well balanced! Overall, I recommend it for a quiet Sunday dinner.

The restaurant looked great however that was the best part. We started with the shrimp cocktail. After the first bite, I was done. The shrimp were either very old, freezer damaged or just plain not cooked properly. Maybe all of the above. The sauce did nothing to to help. The steak sandwich was completely overwhelmed by Gruyere cheese. No taste of steak. The side of roasted cauliflower was another disappointment. First of all, I don't believe that cauliflower saw the inside of an oven. Roasted?.....NO! Secondly it wasn't fresh cauliflower to start with. It was rubbery with so much red pepper on it to make it inedible. Nowhere on the menu did it say it was spicy. Just awful! The best part were the french fries. We left the rest. hungry.

While the Ainsworth Park is a great venue with a very cool setup, there are a couple of gating items. I only recommend it if the below are corrected. 1) I have never had worse chicken wings. These things were rubbery and flavorless, even after getting a side of bland buffalo sauce. 2) Refusal to play game sound unless for the Giants, Jets, or Michigan, particularly when everything in the bar was watching one particular game.
