"The first time I went there, around Christmas, I thought the food was very good. This time I found that everything was still tasty but just a bit on the greasy side. They need to tone down the olive/ cooking oil."

"I've had imperfect meals here before, but still love this restaurant. It's pretty, great table spacing, and usually delish. Our last meal was GREAT. All the way to the amazing dessert sundae. Funny, neither my husband nor I have ever eaten a steak here. There is SO much more to the menu."

"The portion sizes were very small, and after our 4-course meal, we both left hungry. The service was mediocre at best. Apparently the waitserver understood this and added an automatic 20% gratuity to the bill for our 2-top. Given the number of great steak houses in NY, your best bet would be to go elsewhere."

"Things happened too fast, too efficiently, for a restaurant less than half full. The appetizers arrived 3 minutes after the drinks. Entrees were on the table as they removed the appetizers.. Dinner took an hour. That wasn't our objective.

"We have been here many times, and always thought it was great until this last time. Maybe there is a new owner. The waiter did not tell us the specials, although we heard him tell the people next to us the specials, after he took our order. Everything we ordered was cold, and generic. We will not go back."
