  • Had a fun brunch with bottomless margaritas

The hostess seemed stressed out and was not friendly, but our waiter was great and topped off our margaritas the whole brunch. A fun place to enjoy a boozy brunch with a group of friends.

  • Really fun but tasteless food for a "$$$" in NYC

The place is really different. Bamboo on the ceiling, fun music that's not too loud, pretty good drinks, great service but the food is surprisingly bland, dry and not memorable. If you don't care about the taste of the food, this is the place. If you are looking for a delicious meal + a fun restaurant, I would look elsewhere.

Brunch was overall good. It is a very loud scene, no where you'd want to bring your grandparents. There were tables across from each other having a rap-off contest. Other than that the food is good and drinks keep flowing. For $30 a person you can't beat that.

I primarily chose this place due to the $10 off via Apple pay (which hasn't worked yet). Although the apple pay was an issue, I won't let that affect the actual restaurant experience. Great happy hour drinks and prices. Menu was priced well and food came out quick. Was very tasty. Would definitely recommend and return

I love this place for brunch because unlike many other bottomless brunches you have a choice of mimosa's, wine and margaritas. The margaritas are strong! Our waiter was very attentive and our drinks were never empty. Once he saw our drinks half full he was refilling them. We never had to "search" for our waiter to get refills. Many bottomless brunches you are constantly tracking down your waiter to get more. Not this place! It was a bit on the noisy side but its expected for a brunch place especially a bottomless one! After a few drinks everyone is in a great mood! :)

Agave has been highly recommended to me for brunch but I found it a little underwhelming. Food was pretty good, nothing wowing. Bottomless drinks are a good deal but the mimosas were watered down and it was very difficult to get servers attention for refill. We had to ask 3 times to be topped off. Room for improvement but a decent spot overall. Reservationists were very accommodating.

Last minute reservations for a Saturday brunch, a group of four of us made a reservation an hour in advance. Our party arrived at different times but 2 of us were seated right away, the third arrived moments later and the fourth arrived an hour late, so they were not strict with having your whole party present to be seated. We sat inside and it was LOUD, but the food and drinks were good. Great place for a brunch with friends, not so great as an intimate setting.

I have been here a few times for brunch. The food is better than most bottomless brunches and it's a great deal at $28. This is a great place to bring friends visiting from out of town. I often get the breakfast burrito with egg whites, but my boyfriend loves the 3 beef hash. All in all, a solid bottomless brunch option.

Knowing that this is one of the busiest brunches in NYC, I made my reservation 2 months in advance. My reservation was for 5 people at 1:30 p.m. We all arrived together (because they won't seat you if your whole party isn't there) at 1:30. But our table wasn't ready. After being told it would be one more minute 3 times by the hostess, we were finally seated at 2:00 p.m. With that being said. The food was fantastic!! Everyone ordered something different, so we all got to sample a bunch of dishes. All were great. The margaritas are well worth getting the pre fixe brunch.

I came here for my birthday and I had a great time. My cousins had previously attended a birthday here and raved about the food. I had the poached egg Benedict with salmon on a brioche. Amazing!!! My coffee was perfect and the unlimited mimosa's made my day! It was kind of loud though, so if your looking to have a very quiet brunch maybe come at an earlier time when its not so packed. We all found ourselves kind of yelling to talk over all the noise. But overall awesome time!

Bottomless frozen margaritas. Need I say more? And they're not the watered down kind either. I had 2 and it was more than enough (though of course I didn't stop there). Ordered the breakfast burrito which was really good, nothing special though. The garlic fries we ordered on the sife though were AMAZING. All in all, the best bottomless brunch I've been to in the city, and I've been to quite a few!

Went for brunch, waitress said it was her first day, we waited for 30 minutes until a waitress approached us. We did the unlimited brunch special and had to consistently flag down our waitress. I finally had brunch here with a couple of my friends after a couple of failed walk in attempts in the past. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating with an outdoor table. The table was only partly shaded and although it was hot, it wasn't unbearable. Our server was fantastic. He did a great job of reading the table and providing professional but fun service. He made great recommendations and was attentive with our drinks. The food was coursed out appropriately and everyone enjoyed their meals. I had steak and eggs. The steak was extremely tender and cooked perfectly although it was a bit under seasoned. We had a blast and Agave definitely lived up to the hype.

I made a reservation for myself and an out of town friend for 8:30 on a Thursday night. Although I got there on time, we weren't seated until 8:55. We ordered the spinach and crab dip, but it was room temperature despite the candle they lit underneath it. I ordered the grilled chicken with risotto but when it came out, the only part of the dish that matched the menu was the chicken. Instead of risotto I got mashed potatoes and a sad side of green beans and carrots. Thankfully our waiter was apologetic and informed us that the kitchen had changed the menu without telling him, and he promptly got me a new plate of enchiladas instead. My friend got the burger which she said was just ok and was missing the chipotle mayo listed on the menu.

Had a great brunch this past weekend at Agave! Was my first time there so made a reservation for two and my table was ready when I arrived! My friend and I both chose the prix fixe option: he got the eggs benedict and I went with the omelette. Food was delicious (and plentiful) and the drinks (mimosas, wine, margaritas) were bottomless. Josh, our server, was very fun/personable and definitely kept our glasses filled. We left around 1:30 and the place was buzzing, so I'd recommend shooting for an earlier seating. I'll be back!
