They had a buffet that included traditional breakfast food (e.g. scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage) as well as some Mexican dishes (e.g. Cochinita Pibil, Pollo Asado, Carne Asada and Chiliquiles). There were also trays of black beans and rice. All superbly seasoned.
