Adobo Grill - Downtown IndianapolisFantastic Food!Adobo was a recent find for a friend and I, and after visiting twice in two days, a month later we brought our husbands. All agree the guacamole is to die for, but so is the food. Carne Asada is my favorite. The drinks were delicious, as well, and the entire restaurant experience is pleasant, even fun. Our server was kind, attentive, and had a good sense of humor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMAlmost excellent but lackingAdobo has a cool vibe and some appetizing, authentic Mexican dishes, but while our chicken tamales were excellent, the duck nachos were "meh." The duck was dry and listless, not awful, just not nearly as good as other things I've eaten there in the past. Still a fun experience overall, but not a great dish by any means. Love the tequila bar & I'm not typically a tequila drinker, and our group oved the margaritas.
