A word from Adele's Authentic Cajun Experience
It has been my lifelong dream to have a New Orleans restaurant. I had the privilege of studying under many great chefs in New Orleans, which fueled my passion. When my wife, Ruth, began to share that passion, we knew the time was right to pursue the dream. (Adele is Ruth’s middle name, so, it makes me smile every time I see it!)

Our menu is great tasting Cajun cuisine, made from scratch, with the freshest ingredients available to us. This is our home and we want you to feel like family, so if it’s not on the menu, please ask.
Bon Appetite! Laissez les bon temps rouler!

Adele's is tuck away in a little non-descript strip mall and looks very ordinary from the outside. However, the ambience and the food inside are awesome. It has the look of a French Quarter cafe inside. I had the Lena's Trio whereby I sampled red beans and rice, shrimp creole and jambalaya. After I inquired about the crayfish ettouffe, the waitress brought a small sample of that. All four were delicious with flavor and sice and just enough heat to clear your sinuses. I can't wait to go again adn try something else on the menu.

The food here was amazing! Lobster bisque was the best I've ever had. Great cocktails. Service was extraordinary! If I didn't see our waiter at 4 other tables, I would've thought we were his only guests. He was quick to refill drinks, expert with the menu, visits were in the sweet spot between hovering and absent, genuinely nice to talk to, always had a smile.

Hi We had dinner at Adele's because our favorite singer Claiborne was performing.. We had one of the best times ever and also was impressed with the food and the great service.. Definitely will plan to return but do enjoy live music so that will be a real plus if you continue having great performers on the weekends... Thanks again!

The main reason for coming to Adele's was to experience Claiborne and her group. I ordered the catfish dinner special. WOW....everything was TOO spicey. The crust on the fish, the dressing in the slaw, and the spice on the French fries were extremely HOT. I ate 1 filet with the sparce amt. of tartar sauce. I could not eat the slaw. The French fries were hard. We were not served any bread. Please put some things on the menu, and mark them, that are not so spicey. I do not intend to come back.

The food at Adele's is outstanding. The owners are very skilled in authentic New Orleans cuisine. The ambience is casual with a setting that often includes LSU or Saints fans. The quality of the food is always great. Ask about the specials because you never know what great new item chef Mark will come up with to share with his customers.

To start, I ordered Adele's signature martini--wow! Creative and delicious. Got the mussels as an appetizer--with the bread we wiped the bowl clean of any "broth." The main meals--shrimp creole and shrimp and grits--were absolutely delicious. I love the option of ordering a 'big' or 'bigger' size meal too. Finished it all off with a yummy bread pudding. We highly recommend this restaurant and we will go back soon!

if you are a New Orleans, or Cajun food lover, this is the place, best friend was visiting from St. Louis, craving Cajun, New Orleans seafood. Open Table is my go to for all food, and all occasions, first suggestion, Adele's, in Roswell, never heard of it, but reviews were stellar...they lived up to the reviews, food was great!! A must try is the Shrimp and Grits, not how I make it, but it was just great, they were not stingy on the shrimp, a great place for any occasion, the staff is great from the time you walk in, very attentive. Adele's is a great place for Cajun seafood, and excellent customer service.

My daughter and I enjoyed our visit to Adele's. The food and the service were good although the waiter did forget the Pralines that my daughter ordered. There is more room now in the restaurant as Adele's has expanded since the last time we were there. We shared the Oyster Special appetizer and we both had Po'Boy sandwiches. I did not think the bread was as fresh as usual , but the sandwiches were good nonetheless. We'll be back again soon for some more New Orleans cuisine.

Pasta Lagniappe is my favorite, but all else is great-tasting as well, especially beignets & fun cocktails, and everything at such good prices--I keep coming back and bring more family/friends each time! Service used to be a little slow, but this past Sat. night was busy, yet our waiter kept up well and even let us try complimentary banana crème shooters--what a fun surprise! Check out Adele's for something different and delicious in the Roswell area (parking is easy too!)

We have had dinner on several occasions at Adele's, and it is always a good experience. The food is nicely prepared, and the Po-Boys are excellent. When you order shrimp and grits at Adeles's, you get a bowl full of shrimp in a delicious cajun sauce. The proprietors come by the table to make sure everything is just the way you like it. I don't quite understand why it is rarely busy there, but it is not because of the food. I recommend it.

We have had our share of Cajun food and can be a little picky about it. This was fine Cajun fare! The menu isn't large, but there is something for every taste. The shrimp and grits - wonderful. The jambalaya, great. Wait service outstanding. Mojitos from the bar - outstanding. The restaurant is in an unassuming strip shopping center on Holcomb Bridge but don't let that fool you. They know how to fix Cajun.

I have to start by saying that the owner was very sweet and the wait staff was very attentive. The restaurant was empty in the early afternoon (that should have been a red flag). The food was not fresh, it was over spiced to hide the poor quality. The cook staff walked back and forth with what appeared to be major attitudes. We didn't smell food cooking, nor did we see signs of food cooking. This made me think that the chewy chicken, sticky rice, unnecessarily over spiced food was reheated or microwaved. I am incredibly disappointed with this Open table choice. We will not go back.

On the Menu........The Best thing about Adell's is the Po'Boy and Gumbo combo. They do this well and it is the same each time While I have found dinner to vary (had some good ones and had some bad ones on the dinner entree side... for example, the shrimp and grits and beens GRITS with a couple of shrimp and a big dissapointment) the sandwiches and gumbo have been what has brought us back. So grab some gumbo and a Po'Boy and Enjoy!

We had made a reservation and we were seated right away. The hostess got our drinks for us and then then we waited and waited. Finally we were asked our order by the waitress who was very sweet. We received our appetizer quickly but waited a long time for our entree. One of the dishes was missing the andouille sausage and when we pointed it out, they just brought us some on a plate which did not compliment the dish as it would have if it had been cooked with it. Then we had the Beignets and they were wonderful. However we waiting almost 30 minutes for the check. It took two hours to order, eat and pay for dinner. If you can spare the time, this may be the place for you. The food is definitely overpriced, but it is flavorful.

So disappointed in this very special Mother's Day experience. Have been to restaurant on at least 2 other occasions and the food and service was awesome. This experience #1 was an over inflated brunch price. No menu items, No bengiets. ALL drinks (including coffee) were an additional charge. My family isn't wealthy, but I was so embarrassed that I suggested Adele's for Mother's Day. It was a financial strain for 5 members of my family...and it was too late once we sat down and ordered coffee and tea to get up and find another restaurant. The brunch menu was okay...some of the food had obviously been there for a while...it just wasn't very good. It definitely was not worth the price, and we will probably not come back again.

Made reservations but not told a Brunch. Staff very nice with the exception of the hostess. Didnot make the effort to try to accommodate customers without reservations. However, the owner went above and beyond to set up tables for several customers. That was great service in action. We were at the front table and saw this happen during the time we were having our meal. Mothers Day brunch was wonderful. We will return.

Finally a place who knows how to make lobster bisque!!! Nice chunks of lobster. Yummy! Don't get me started about the beignets and the bread pudding. Plenty of fabulous bourbon sauce.
