Our organic produce, ocean fresh fish and pasture raised livestock allow us to provide one of the most eco friendly and sustainable menus available in Tucson.
Chef Albert Hall, his wife Lila Yamashiro and award winning staff have created the next generation of seasonal menu offerings ready for your dining enjoyment. Now serving Saturday and Sunday brunch from 10am to 2pm. Happy Hour from 4pm to 7pm and again late night from 10pm to 12pm daily. Happy Hour food specials from $3

  • "Perched high above northern Tucson, views from dining area windows are extensive. Modern touches (art, drapery...) and layout complimented the dining experience. Extensive menu options allowed party members to select and share opening, main and dessert courses. Foodies will appreciate preparation (flavors, textures and presentation). Excellent wine list offers number of single glass options. Service was professional, friendly and non-solicitous. Noise level was minimal and our party conversed freely without being overwhelmed by other diner's conversations. We'll gladly return when visiting Tucson."

  • "Food was only ok. Had swordfish and it tasted as if it was broiled than stored in some kind of tasteless liquid until it was ordered. Then it was reheated and served. Mushy and tastless. Drinks were expensive. Christian Brothers brandy was same price as Johnny Walker Black!!"

  • "I met a friend for lunch and chose the restaurant based on the drink menu. I was really disappointed in the house margarita. It tasted very much like it was premixed and poured straight from a commercial bottle. For an appetizer I had the onion soup. It was a solid dish but not outstanding. I ordered the fish and chips for my entree and it was also pretty good. The server however, was very accommodating with my tweaks to the sides. The server also recommended the zebra brownie dessert that my companion and I shared. THAT was a home run. The sea salt on top in the caramel and ice cream made the very rich brownie delightful. Too bad it really was the highlight of my meal. The view was very pretty and the staff was very good."

  • "The entrance is up a flight of stairs, so I couldn't take my elderly parents here. If there is an elevator we weren't aware of it. Once we got inside we loved the decor and the quiet jazz music. We were seated by the windows and the view from this second story restaurant was very nice, but not a Catalina Mountain view. We were both very happy with our vegetarian choices. My pasta dish was totally yummy! And my friend enjoyed her salad and sweet potato fries.Our waiter was very professional and friendly and never let me run out of iced tea. The food was reasonably priced. Overall, it was an excellent lunch experience."

  • "A wonderful place for an early dinner- get there before sunset and watch the evening light change to night over the Tucson basin. See the lights come on and the mountains vanish into night. Great service and a very enjoyable tasting menu make the evening well spent. The decor is a little odd - a mix of classic and ecelectic that doesn't really work, but focus on the view and you will enjoy."

  • "What a fantastic experience! My daughter picked it out for her 18th birthday. We chose it after looking at various menus on-line. Every course was spectacular! We started with the calamari and flat-bread. My daughter had the three course tasting menu, I ordered the Scottish Salmon and my boyfriend was presented with the most succulent steak. We finished with the peach cayenne in phyllo (my favorite taste combination of sweet and spicy) and the soothing blood orange gelatto. Our server was great! She was friendly and very attentive. Overall, I rate Acacia a 20 out of 10. We will definitely return and try more of the delicious sounding creations!"

Why do restaurants think that diners want loud music - not me. Our server was top notch. If you want a wonderful meal in a pleasant environment with a great view, give Acacia a try. Not cheap but reasonable."

The diners were eclectic - young and aged, foodies and those out for a special occasion dinner. The food and service were extraordinary. The server was top-notch.   • "A friend and I went to Acacia for lunch. This place has a great view of the foothills but the food options for lunch are not that great... My beet salad had no flavor, the greens were very meager and the portion size was ridiculously small. The dressing, if it was there, I did not noticed it... I felt like a goat eating sprouts... We had to ask for bread and when it came it was only two slices. We had to beg for refills of our drinks... The server was very nice..too bad the food did not match his cheerful style..."

We had one meal issue where it came with the sauce on when it was requested off, this was rectified almost immediately with a new dish as requested. The staff was attentive and efficient. The views were great. The only downside, it was quite noisy."

  • "I had been there for lunch on a previpus trip to Tucson and remembered they had good food and a very good prickly pear margarita! So my husband and I went for an early dinner there Saturday. It was better then I remembered! The Margarita was so fresh and tasty! For starter we had the beet salad-we shared one, and I liked that they shared it in the kitchen for us. So we both got a plate that looked and tasted delicious! My husband had the trout and he was very pleased. The fish was perfectly coocked so it was moist. His veggies where crisp and delicious too. I had the roasted chicken-it was very good! The chicken was moist and full of taste, my veggies where perfect-I like them firm and crisp.the cheescake was very good too! Higly recomend!"

  • "My wife and I celebrated our 30th Anniversary at Acacia last Friday evening. We indicated the reason in advance and were rewarded with both a table with a spectacular window view and a complementary dessert. The staff and service were both friendly and efficient. The food was definitely above average for Tucson. We shared an excellent green salad and swapped main dishes (pork cutlets and lab chops)--each delicious and well balanced with vegetables. The key lime pie was as good as any we have ever tasted."
