Traditionally, Korean meals often take considerable amounts time to prepare. The various seasonings that are used can require hours, days, & sometimes even months to prepare. In recent times however, many restaurants often use shortcuts (manufactured spices) to try to speed up the process & lower… the costs. This unfortunately lowers the food’s quality & health benefits.
It is our intentions to go "back to the roots" of what makes Korean food truly special. We focus on providing healthy & tasty meals. When possible, we use locally grown organic ingredients & all marinades & seasonings are homemade. Most importantly, NO MSG. We continue to develop unique twists to meals by fusing natural herbs & spices to traditional recipes. Healthy lifestyles start with healthy foods.
