They were phenomenal. My husband had a rib eye and enjoyed it. I had the salmon on brussle sprouts and loved it! The outdoor seating is one of the most relaxing spots in Charleston and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Two members of our party ordered the Shrimp and Grits. Both had intestinal problems the rest of the day. Others ordered dishes with grits so that was not the problem. Stay away from the shrimp and the sauce.
Other than that problem, the rest of the dinners were great. The service was attentive. They featured a lovely fume blanc that was perfect for the meal and
the warm evening. The scallops were perfection and the salmon dish was incredibly good--practically melt in your mouth. And who
knew you could make brussel sprouts to die for?!? We splurged for dessert and had the banana special with ice cream and chocolate
ganache. Amazing! We will certainly return again--and try the sister restaurant Low Country Bistro down by the Market--we saw the menu

We arrived 30 minutes before our reservation. The bar was hopping as we waited for our table. Bartenders were nice and efficient. Five minutes to our reservation time a thunderstorm hit Charleston with a downpour. As much of the seating is in the courtyard and you have to walk through the courtyard to get to any of the tables, seating was temporarily stalled. It was interesting to watch the staff handle the situation which they did with charm. They did not seem phased by the rain, in fact servers were coming to the bar in the pouring rain to fulfill table drink orders.
