"We had dinner here and were very disappointed. The steaks were of poor quality and not cooked properly. We decided to give it a second chance for lunch and lunch was much better. We had great service and the food was excellent."

"The restaurant is struggling with something that's very easy for them to fix. All the difficult tasks like getting the food out hot, completing orders with special requests, providing an appealing menu with options were fine. But for an expensive meal, the ambience was unforgivable. The dining room is like a train station with hotel guests in winter coats and ski boots milling back and forth through the main seating area for what should be a peaceful dinner. The hotel offers smores outside on the rear patio, and every minute there were guests coming in from or going out to the rear paito right through the main dining room. Meanwhile there is a way to make this trek through the lobby and down a hallway rather than disrupting dinner."

"This restaurant was like eating in a Kindergarten Play room.
Also, we had a drink and an appetizer and left because the kids were running wild and screaming.
Way too loud."

"We had not tried this place in Beaver Creek. the dining area was a bit bright and noisy so we chose to eat int he bar area in the window. Food was excellent. you have to try the squash soup with the cashew brittle on top. it is to die for. my wife had teh lobster pasta and i the salmon. both were excellent."

"The whipped potatoes that we ordered as a side to our steak and trout came out cold. The server stopped by our table just as the plates were delivered and asked how everything was so we didn't knoiw, we hadn't had a chance to begin our meal. By the time the server came back over we were 75% finished with our meal. Not a bad experience overall but certainly not worth the cost."

"Pretty spendy but typical for Beaver Creek. Located in the Park Hyatt. Bring cash for valet and coach check, no ATM.

Kid friendly but super slow service. Don't come hungry.

Menu super limited and portion sizes small. Expect fifty dollars a plate at least."

"We were very dissapointed with our latest visit to 8100. This used to be a very good restaurant that we looked forward to during our trips to Beaver Creek. This time, we waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged after being seated. The service continued to remain aweful throughout the evening. The food took forever to arrive and was served luke-warm at best, the garlic mashed and the Filet were cold. Server never returned to check on us or refill beverages. No apologies offered when we pointed out the shortcomings. We will probably never go back!"
