Our waiter was very prompt but not pushy. He was sure that we were well informed on menu items, specials and special information regarding the food i.e. the souffle needing 40 minutes so to order as soon as possible for the least amount of wait. He was there when we needed him but was sure not to bother us which is never the case anymore. The food, AMAZING! My fiance got the prime rib and it was a decent sized cut and man did it melt in your mouth! I got the shrimp and lobster pasta with green beans and they both were fresh and could taste the freshness and care! The souffle was awesome and well worth the wait! The bar is well stocked and the bartenders knowledgeable. We are never rushed if we have not finished our drinks by the time of the reservation.. The servers are well trained and attentive. You are offered the opportunity to view the various cuts of beef and to ask questions about preparation. The manager is always on the floor, checking up on the status of the meal.

The food has always been excellent, they have one of the best wine lists, I have seen, and the staff is very good at picking wines for a given diner. Wait staff is awesome! We have only had one bad experience with aserver and now simply request who we would like.problem solved.it is easy to loose yourself as in time has no meaning, they have never rushed usand are respectful when a good conversation is afoot. We arrived right at 5PM and had no problem getting seated. The Oysters Rockefeller, NY strip, scallops, grilled asparagus and creme brulee were all very good. Every single aspect of the dinner experience was perfect, from making the reservation online, arriving, getting seated, all the way through dessert and leaving.
This place is expensive, but worth every penny. The steak was superb, and so was everything else. My wife mentioned to the hostess that this was our anniversary, and when our dessert came out they had actually printed "Happy Anniversary" in chocolate around the rim of the bowl.
