"Service was too fast. We had just started on our appetizer when the servers brought out our salads. We sent them back. The waiter came over and apologized, but shortly after we received our salads the second time, the server was there with our entres. We sent them back, too, and of course, when we were ready for our entres, they were no longer fresh. The waiter comped us a dessert for us to split (the dessert was of his choice).
The food was good but ,we thought, underseasoned.
Being rushed through our meal is a real negative for us, so we probably won't be going back."

"Went to the restaurant for Easter Brunch and the experience was somewhat lacking. We had reservations and still ended up sitting at a table right outside of the kitchen. Our table still had food on the floor beneath it and it was never swept up. The waiter and servers were nice enough but the food was so-so. We never did receive one of our omelets which was just as well since they were not very good. We have been to this restaurant before and the experience was excellent but not this time!"

"I first went to 77 South when they first opened up. had made reservations for 3 people. and had to wait about 15 minutes for our table. the place was very busy. Did very much enjoy the Ambiance...and music. stayed around to dance. lots of people were standing around the bar area. so,there was not much room to dance...very small dance floor, so went somewhere else to do our dancing that evening.the food and drinks however were very good.
I had talked with other friends about this place. and each of them, had said they would like to try it out. so made reservations a week prior to the date. my group of friends grew each time I told them I was coming to eat at 77 South. I went from a reservation for 4- 9 and were able to get right in,"

"The food was good but I asked ou waitress to take it back because it was not warm. She did and brought it back...it was still not warm.. I ate it anyway but not in a hurry to go back."
