709 Point BeachService great, food pretty good tooService staff consistently been very good - they are friendly, very approachable yet professional and efficient. They have managed to strike a nice balance here with the staff.The restaurant itself is interesting as it has really beautiful modern water features. Not really and romantic venue as it is quite noisy. The food : I want to say its great but in truth it is mixed. For example I have had over cooked, dry salmon but I have also had a really delicious coconut curry sauce. I have had melt in your mouth steak with dripping in fat black rice. Desserts are always good.
Wine list is good but mixed drinks weak - dont bother.

She knew the menu & specials and was able to make recommendations. She was energetic and positive and added to the fun in the atmosphere. When the computers went down and the things began to move slowly she brought us the pretzels dippers to make up the the slightly slower service. The only negative, they brought my husband appetizer and soup at the same time, but they were delicious.The entrees were great, my husband had the steak, and as a butcher he knows steak, it was perfect! I ordered sushi and it was fresh, delicious, and awesome! We've had lunch in the past and also Ashley was our server! We loved it for lunch as well.
