The restaurant is the gem of Western Slope Colorado. Locals hesitate to recommend the restaurant fearing they won't be able to make their own reservations. Staff is well-trained and professional.

The stuffed poblano pepper was an amazing appetizer! We each had a different wine flight so that we could taste 6 wines and at least 4 we would rate as very good. The beef in a reduction sauce was very good and the scallops & pasta were also very tasty. Only negative was the noise level but we find that to be a problem in most resaurants and this wasn't as bad as some.
