"5ive resturant is one of our most favorite places to visit. The food is truly a work of art, the staff is very professional and kind, the atmostphere has a timeless classic touch. My husband and I enjoy GOOD, quality food (you will never see us go through a drive thru window);we can't say enough positive things about 5ive Resturant(we think so highly of the establishment,we had our rehearsal dinner and a brunch for all out of town guests the weekend of our wedding)."

"The food was exceptional and we were very satisfied with everything else _ EXCEPT, there was no entertainment, as there was in the previous year. The singer, Dwayne, was wonderful and we especially looked forward to doing a little dancing to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were VERY disappointed to find out that because of budget cuts, Dwayne was let go. BIG MISTAKE! We may not return, even though the food was wonderful. We probably would not go there to celebrate a special event in the future."

"There's a new chef in town and it shows! The rib-eye special is FANTASTIC. Menu provides good choices for chicken, seafood and steaks. Been back a few times and I'm still not disappointed. Nice wine list; fun martinis; not too-shabby beer list. Unassuming elegance - not pompous at all. Very polite, gracious and sincerely friendly wait staff."

"The appetizers were good, the dinners were fair, my pasta dish was very underseasoned. For a $60.00 per person menu the desert was not good. The service was poor. Our waitperson had obviously not been trained, leaving empty dishes on the table, serving our dinner and asking if there would be anything else when there was not silverware on the table, The wait person came back and reached across the table to hand each us a knife and a fork. A 20% tip was included in the bill, we were a table of two. My wife and I would admonish ourselves for paying 18 dollars for a martini in Chicago. It would have taken 3 drinks of the size I was served at Five to fill the glass in Chicago and the drink at Five was $9.00."

"Food was very good-especially crab w/tomato sorbet appetizer. Wait staff was the weakness-pushed us a little too fast, bringing sorbet before we finished appetizer. Bar was lively, but ?I think it was a conference group."
