  • "This place is adorable; service is attentive, but never turning. Food comes out quickly and is nice. The selection has a lot of options. It is not really crowded around dinner time but picks up a bit around 10pm, Beers are great and the bartender is smart. I recommend the duck nachos as well as the truffle mushroom pasta."

  • "... this would be its gem. 508 (greenwich street) is perfect for those of us working in this not quite west village, not soho, not quite tribeca hood. Go. Surprised that even with a front staff of one, the service was great and the lobster bisque and salmon sealed the deal. Co-diners liked the brew selections and said to try the coffee and donut stout."

  • "My friends and I were in town for an afternoon and wanted a really good lunch (we are foodies) near all the shopping in SOHO. We found this place by chance and it was amazing. Great food, delicious appetizers and awesome beer list. The waitress was helpful and friendly. We all really enjoyed the food and the wine/beer. I would definitely eat here again and again!"

  • "Visited on the Friday of the Thanksgiving. We had reservations and they called to confirm them so I was a bit concerned when we arrived at 7:30 and were the only ones there - just a quiet night or were we missing something when we read the reviews? We tried a variety of items - duck nachos were excellent as were the brisket sliders. Others enjoyed the branzino and ribs. We would go back."

  • "My guests and I were having a perfectly lovely time in this nearly empty restaurant, ordering rounds of drinks and appetizers and I thought everything was going great until the waiter suddenly decided he'd had enough and refused to take another order for appetizer without also ordering our entrees. Sorry but the place just wasn't that special (or crowded) to be schooling its patrons with snark on what to order and how quickly. There were empty tables when we arrived and empty tables when we left, and I know why."

  • "food, beer and service were great. had a large group 8+. they put us in the wine cellar. problem was getting to the wine cellar you had to walk through the kitchen, down treacherous stairs, into the basement where it is very warm and slightly cramped; cramped to the extent that at least 4 bottles were broken because guests and servers could not manage the space well. strangest place i have ever had to eat. if it weren't for the group i was with, i don't think i would have been very happy. our server Lauren was great though. she was extremely attentive and made being in the basement not so bad."

  • "We just ordered appetizers and really enjoyed all of them. The octopus and the sliders were excellent. I didn't try the tongue, but my friends said it was delicious. They definitely had a very unique menu. We will definitely go back to try the entrees. Also, our waiter was very attentive which alway helps."
