They really go the extra mile to make sure that the customer comes first. My only complaint is that the bartenders are not as attentive as they should be... I like my steak medium rare so ordered my 5 napkin burger that way and was a little bit unnerved by how bloody it was in the center. It was charred nicely on the outside though and grew on me after the first few bites.
