One one hand I thought I would need a coronary care unit standing by and that the burgers would be so huge I might burst my aorta. At the other end I feared it would be like 5 Guys and I'd be getting fast food at more expensive prices. I was quite pleasantly surprised to find a normally sized, albeit delicious burger served in a pleasant yet casual atmosphere with service that was pretty darn good!
Its not date night (too loud and too casual)t, and it might not even be night out with the guys (no TVs!) but if your looking for really good tasting meat then give it a try. When we arrived it was packed as expected so i was worried we would have to wait despite having a reservation, but we were seated almost immediately. I had the lamb kofta burger which was delicious! Initially I asked for it cooked "well" but upon the server's suggestion I changed my order to "medium-well" so it wouldn't be tough- very good suggestion! I loved the Lobster Sliders so much that the next time I went there that was exactly what I ordered. The sweet potato fries that our great waiter suggested were fantastic as well. "Angela" said she would try to hold onto a table for us. All we wanted was their classic cheeseburger and a beer. Sure enough when we arrived we were seated immediately. "Sam" was our waiter and was as efficient and friendly as could be. We were fed and on our way with time to spare. Love this place. Since I live in the area I knew 5 Napkin would be a good choice and it did not disappoint. While we did have to wait for perhaps 45 mins, the bar was great and gave everyone in the group to have a drink and relax which was nice. Food choices included burgers (always good), sushi (they do a good job on sushi) and fish tacos (which again were very nice). Service was excellent w Meagan trating the group very well; attentive and quick with any requests, but never over-bearing. Did not have any negatives and will certainly go back.
