Diner Reviews
  • "The 360 Restaurant at the CN Tower is truly an amazing venue. I took my friend to celebrate her birthday. We were both delighted with the seating (window table for two), the food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was excellent. The view from the 360 Restaurant was spectucular. At the end of the evening we were surprised by our waiter bringing to the table a cake and a candle on top to recognize my friend's milestone birthday. I would highly recommend to try this venue - this restaurant is superior in every way. It was a wonderful evening and my friend said that she will always remember this milestone birthday."

  • "It is an experience to dine at your restaurant, but the food was very disappointing. My wife and I have taken visitors from Denmark to your restaurant several times before. We know it is pricey, but it is unique to eat there,so we did not mind the price, however, this time the food was terrible. One person had chicken, and it was OK, I had lamb and I only eat half of it, the rest was nothing but fat. Two of us had spagetthi and it was disappointing. It would not cost you much to throw some shrimps in to it, it would make a difference, and it was supposed to have prosciutto in it, but there was hardly any of that. For the price you charge I think you ought to serve coffee without charge. The server was very good, Khan I think his name was."

  • "We went for the view and were very pleasantly surprised that the food and service were fantastic!"

  • "Service wasn't very good. They rush you to eat fast, and leave quickly. They start taking the plates, and the next course arrives before you have finished the first course of the meal. Waiter wasn't friendly, and we felt that while other diners were getting good service with a friendly smile and information about the Tower, we were not. Food was excellent. We had salmon with dessert and tea. Starter was mushroom brusheta which was horrid (olive oil drenched dried crusty bread with one mushroom - very cold and not recommended. The salmon was perfect as was the dessert. The window view was excellent. When booking they completely ignored my note about the fact that it was my husbands birthday. You fast track all the way up and down."

  • "The experience was great from the short line to go up the elevator, to the excellent service, great food, and fantastic views. This is a restaurant for tourists and locals to enjoy Toronto."

  • "The food, the view, the service were outstanding. We took our company that is visiting from England, and it was well worth it. Quite the treat and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience."

  • "If you go to Toronto must go to Cn tower. Rate it will be at least 90.00 usd (including tips and taxes), but wiews from there are incredible."

  • "The entire experience was amazing. The children ages 11 and 12 were happy to play in the outdoor viewing platform and on top of the glass floor with ease which I could not find enough nerve to do. There were a variety of food selections and it was good! Truly enjoyable."

  • "I had no idea that the service would be so fast, the good would be so delicious, and that the view although cloudy would be so impeccable! Great way to spend an anniversary with the significant other."

  • "We had our reservation for 9 and tho it was very cloudy and we couldn't see Toronto at all the food made up for it! My boyfriend insisted it was the best meal he'd ever had in his life and though it cost an arm and a leg! haha it was delicious!! Romantic setting with the candles and lights down low. Would go there again for sure!!"

  • "My parents picked this location for their dinner out (I was taking them for a belated mother/father's day gift. Overall everything was awesome although my steak was over cooked and my mom's was under cooked....we actually switched steaks twice. I also feel the seafood platter we ordered to begin the meal with was Extremely over priced. Other than that, all was good."

  • "have been up there quite often, with visitors from out of the country, or with family to celebrate events. great place to dine, especially if you have good weather, the view is excellent on a clear day. haven't had much luck with fish dinners, so wouldn't recommend those but everything else has been ok. you need lots of time for dining, usually 2 hours. the nice part is, no waiting in line to go up and no extra cost for the elevator."

  • "The food was first class as was the service. Unfortunately it was cloudy so the view was limited to breaks in the clouds but the food made up for it."

  • "The food was amazing as well as the view. However, we felt very rushed by our server. Two minutes within us sitting down he came over and asked us what we wanted to order for our meals. We wanted to take our time there given that the view is so cool. When we chose an appetizer, he told us he would not put it through until we ordered our meals as well, which I found very strange. Overall, it's a good place for a special occasion but I wouldn't go there on just any night."

  • "We brought my 7 years old niece from Hong Kong for lunch. The server understood our needs and recommended that he served my niece first as she could be running around. As it turned out, it was the best suggestions as she sat and ate her food. Therefore, we all enjoyed our lunch peacefully. The prime rib and lamb were excellent. The mussels and clams appetizer was over cooked and the pickerel was fishy."

  • "Tried the prix fix dinners - heirloom tomato and feta was okay one tomato was actually bad, the main dish of salmon was dry the dark chocalate tower was good, my wife had the duck salad that was tasty and well prepared, the beef cheeks bc morals - nicely prepared and enjoyable along with dark chocolate three ways which was good. Overall the food was not worth the money, yet the view was and the experience worth the effort."

  • "The last time my wife and I were at the restaurant was about 20 years ago. Then the food was amazing, now not so much. Due to the high costs we ordered off of the fixed price menu. My wife asked for her steak to be rare, it was more to the med rare and out of a 10 Oz steak there was probably 3 ounces of fat/grizzled. And for a peppercorn steak it was tasteless. I opted for the halibut, it was dry and tasteless as well. Never once got asked if the meal was good."

  • "It is a nice restaurant, with great views and good service. However, I was disappointed with the food. The appetizer and dessert were good but the main course was very disappointing….To spend $230 for 2 people, you would expect a very nice dinner not just a good appetizer and dessert. For the price of the steak one would think you are getting a prime piece of meat…this however was not the case. It was tough, lots of gristle and had very little taste to it and the mashed potatoes were very watery. I definitely would not recommend or return myself to this restaurant. Next time I will be sure to go to the hotdog stand before I go back up there to the observation level, at least that way I get my moneys worth…."

  • "Very satisfied with the excellent food and fabulous service. We returned for the second year in a row from Edmonton. I have recommended this to our friends who have visited and have also just loved it. Thank you for keeping up the quality of cleanliness, food and service."

  • "We were at the restaurant to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant offers an amazing view of Toronto and the rotation is very settle so you would not notice it is moving is you would not paying much attention. However, the food for the high price they charge could you a huge improvement. It is in my opinion nothing very special. We would not go back for the food for sure. Winning view, average food."

  • "The meal was good - but not great, especially relative to the high price (for 4 of us, 1 bottle of wine, with tax + tip, Cdn $520+). The service was fantastic - couldn't have asked for a more attentive server. Two of our party had halibut - it was overcooked, tasteless. The other two of us had steak - cooked perfectly according to our orders (medium rare), but bland taste. The view on a clear day/evening is truly outstanding. For former Torontonians like us, it was entertainment. Beware of the forced picture taking before you ascend the elevators. We all knew this was a set-up to be presented with a cheesy picture while we were dining. We should have declined - it's unnecessary and intrusive to the enjoyment of our meal."

  • "We went expecting a great meal in a nice atmosphere. We were seated beside 3 childrens birthday parties. We love children but to have them squealing, bumping chairs, climbing on tables and running around while we were trying to enjoy our meal with our family that was visiting from out-of-country was distracting and disappointing. When we asked to be moved to another table we were told "no". The restaurant had plenty of empty tables available; I don't understand why the restaurant staff thought it would be appropriate to seat 4 adults beside children's birthday parties when other options would have been better. When seated we were told that the kitchen would be closing in a few minutes. Hot food was served cold and was overpriced for quality"

  • "We were a group of non for lunch which included four between the ages of 7 and 11. We all had the prix fixe (child or adult option). Excellent price for both options especially when you factor in that it includes the cost of a tower visit plus the time saved by not having to wait in line ... Either going up or down. Kids fare was kids fare. Adult food was excellent appetizers; decent deserts; and, adequate main course."

  • "Our son chose this restaurant as something unique for his 16th birthday. We did not order extravagently and our bill was $290.00 for three people with only one glass of wine each for my husband and I. My calamari was undercooked on the inside and tasted burnt on the outside. My son's medium rare prime rib was more rare than medium and the Artic Char was ok. All the entrees were luke warm when they arrived. The view cannot be beat but that does not excuse the price of the meal."

  • "So my mom came to town and we needed to do the basic spots of Toronto. we end up having lunch at the 360 and it was fantastic. Great food and fantastic view. worth the price. After all the ticket to go up in the CN tower is 32 per adult and the lunch is 55. Go for it guys."

  • "The title of the post says it all. The food was okay, but the view was spectacular. I orderd a NY strip loin cooked medium it was over cooked, and very tough. I have had better cuts of meat in my own kitchen. While I can't be certain I don't think there was much marbling of fat through out the steak... Making the piece of meat very bland. The peppercorn sauce didn't do much for me - meat should have its own juices this one did not. Bright side: Dessert was excellent. The rest of my party seemed happy enough with their food. But overall there was just something missing from having a wow foodie experience. But that's okay the VIEW makes up for the Kitchen."
