360 The Restaurant at the CN TowerBetter than I expectedFor the price you can have a better meal at Canoe or Far Niente but it is fair value. We took our kids for a treat as they had never gone up the tower. We had salmon, char, halibut and steak. All were quite good but nothing outstanding. Apptizers included scallops, lobster and corn chowder and ceaser salad.
Our server, Paul, was terrific and made excellent recomendatiosn.Everyone enjoyed their meal. Portion size was fine and everyone left feeling a little stuffed.
Bill ran about $300 including tax before tip which would be high based just on the food. When you consider it would cost $150 just to take the elevator up it really isn't a bad deal.
Dinner at 360 is absolutely the best way to enjoy and take in the view. Good value.12/3/2013 12:00:00 AMA room with a view second to noneWent for my girlfriends 30th birthday. I mentioned that in the reservation along with asking for a window table. We got the window table and they also put a candle and a nice chocolate birthday greeting on her desert without me having to make any additional request.
We were both very happy with the dinner experience.

The staff were all very friendly and courteous right from entering at the ground level, the lift attendant and the waiting staff. The menu choices were varied for both wine and food. Not good for lighter appetites though. The smallest rib steak was 20oz and the seafood platter was huge...but lovely.Prices are not cheap, but not overpriced for the quality and quantity of food. The views are definitely better at night and booking the restaurant allows you to visit the viewing platform and glass floor free. Would definitely recommend for romantic evening or special family occasion.

We have gone for lunch and dinner now but the dinner quality let us down a bit on this occasion. We chose the fix prix menus - one of the $60 and one of the $72. The portion sizes were excellent but the sauce on the hen dish is lacking in taste. The duck salad starter was scarce on meat but a large size of food. Waiters were also not as friendly or attentive as our previous visit. Desserts were excellent.

As a Food and Beverage Manager I am well aware of the problems early arrivals can create for a restaurant yet for the 360 staff it didn't seem to cause a problem as we were promptly seated. I had also preordered flowers for my wife and as I had hoped they were already placed at our table surprising my wife.
Our server, Rickie, was amazing and I could tell that he was very experienced. He was attentive, but not overly so. The food was excellent, and even though the restaurant was very busy it was served to us hot and in a timely fashion.
Thank's to all of the 360 staff who helped to make our anniversary dinner a very special occasion. I was impressed with the appetizer (smoked salmon), but the main dish was just okay (rabbit with gnocchi). The steak was bland and uninteresting.
The scenery was quite breathtaking, however. 1. Seafood coctail - mussels, scallops and shrimp i spicy tomato sauce. It was very tasty and I enjoyed it. I like very hot food and it was just right fir me. This however means for many others would be to spicy (you can leave some sauce and it will be ok).
2. Mussels and crab spaghetti. It was ok, but nothing special. Sauce was oversalted.
3. Lind chocolate lava cake with ice crea,. It was a very nice dessert.
In general portions were small. I would expect more seafood in the spaghetti. Value for money very poor. Not draught beer available.
For the tourist it is good experience. Nice surrounding, you get to see city panorama and skip elevator quees.
