Diner Reviews
  • "Loved the evening...the wine list was limited we tried to order but the first 3 wines were sold out. Overall it was great."

  • "Our evening at the 360 restaurant was filled with Frank Sinatra, dim candles and some great food. From the time we arrived in the downstairs lobby to when we descended back down the 115 stories, the staff made the entire evening easy and enjoyable in a way that beckons to the classy days of decades past. The Frank Sinatra could have been a little louder and our waiter could have been less rushed (he had many tables and that was obvious)."

  • "I made a reservation for two to celebrate an anniversary and had asked for a window seat. I know the restaurant is extremely busy and everyone probably makes this request, however we were sat at a table literally in the aisle and there was barely any elbow room, let alone room to place my purse as the servers were running up and down to deliver orders. It definitely put a damper on the romantic aspect of the date and we couldn't see much of anything because we were too far from the window. The food was fantastic, the service was okay, but the seating really brought this experience down. Gotta make money by using every square inch I suppose."

  • "I read some reviews before making a reservation and most reviews were bad. But my experience there was amazing, the view was gorgeous and the food was delicious. I would recommend this place for special occasions. Really enjoyed my night."

  • "We had a fantastic time at the 360 Restaurant in the CN Tower -- the food was excellent, and plentiful, and the menu was varied enough for everyone to have a difficult time deciding what to have. Even the children's menu was good, not just a typical kid's menu, but included real food like salmon and steak. The view is wonderful. The restaurant, however, was extremely loud, and the ambience screamed more "fast food" rather than "special occasion". Large groups were talking loud to make themselves heard, and babies were screaming and toddlers fussing. We were there early, and I'm sure there are fewer families there later, but if you want romance or a dressed-up atmosphere, at the very least make late reservations."

  • "This place is tourist heaven. Amazing views and decent food. They have a full vegetarian prix fixe menu with some interesting choices. The service was attentive though most of the waiters didn't seem to speak English well. Don't expect to linger for hours, they will move you along through the meal at a good pace so that the next booking can get in. In around an hour you will slowly rotate around to get a full view of the city and lakeside. Entry to the observation deck of the tower is also included. I recommend coming at a slightly off time to get a good table right by the window. We arrived on a Friday at 4:30 to find the restaurant half full though it was packed by the time we left. Reservations would be almost essential."

  • "I was on vacation in toronto and stopped by 360. It was a great experience and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. Definitely not a place for kids although they may enjoy the rotating restaurant."

  • "Fantastic view and very efficent service which maybe vetted on a little too impersonal at times. Food was on the whole good. All in all, pretty good value for money"

  • "The dining experience last week at 360 Restaurant at the CN Tower for my visiting relatives from L.A. (first time visit in Toronto) was wonderful."

  • "This was truly an amazing experience, my fiancée and I were very impressed! I've been up to the CN Tower before but never tried the restaurant. I loved the view and how you get to experience Toronto in 72 min rotating 360 while dinning is quite impressive. I am from out of town so I reserved a reservation. I wanted to propose to my girlfriend so I commented that to the staff online. I couldn't believe that upon our arrival we had a window seat waiting for us and how the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was an amazing experience to propose to my girlfriend who now is my fiancée."

  • "Go here for the view alone; its worth it. The view of the Toronto islands and Toronto cityscape was simply breathtaking - we were there for lunch but I suspect its even better at night. That said, everything else was quite mediocre. There were too few servers for the restaurant - individually when the servers were able to show up they were kind, it's just I think we saw our server 4 times the entire hour and a half we were there. Once for drinks, once for the main course and twice was to provide invoice and collect payment. The food was about what I'd expect from a Chili's that was trying to amaze its diners with french sounding cuisine and an altered set of ingredients."

  • "This was a very nice evening out. You get what you pay for and if your going on the cheap, don't bother. When and if you make reservations ensure you ask for the seats closest to views. Stay away from the Isle seats they are cramped and you lose the romantic ambiance."

  • "From the moment you step onthe elevator at the base of the tower, to the moment you step out and into the restaurant, the views are spectacular! While the food was good, the view is what I would go back for."

  • "Great experience - great ambience, what a view! BREATHLESS!!!! Food was ok but overrated, really expensive fort what we had. We supposed that we paid "for-beeing-in-THE-CN-Tower"!!!!! We are from Montréal and at that price, it's easy to have more than that. SERVICE: Service was LOUSY! And we were observing some other tables with other waiters: same thing! We could've perfectly feel that we've been treated like real tourists, our waiter couldn't care less... :-( He was constantly pushing and rushing us. And on top of that, clothes he was wearing on were not the freshest....."

  • "There could have been a better variety of food. Also when picking your food you should be able to have something different with you main meal that you like rather than what goes with it on the menu without having to pay extra for it."
    Dined on 7/24/2014
  • "I was actually expecting mediocre food and fairly small portions but I was completely surprised that the food was of excellent caliber and even a big eater would be satisfied with the portions. Definitely quality ingredients from the olive oils to the cuts of meat - all was great! Better yet the view was fantastic! We went down to the observation deck after the meal but were completely unimpressed as we had just spent 1.5 hours watching an amazing, unobstructed view without the hustle bustle of tourists. Furthermore, the observation deck has netting in front of the windows which is very obscuring but the restaurant doesn't have that. Not a cheap meal but but the food and perks were great so overall a great value."

  • "Food from adult menu was delicious. Totally worth the fixed menu price for the adults and the kids as it included access to the observation levels and access to the restaurant's elevators which saved us waiting in line at the other ones."

  • "We enjoyed our visit here. It is a great place for special occasion for the view and the atmosphere. This was our first visit but 2nd visit for my in-laws (they visited 10 years ago but didn't go to the restaurant but only look-out). They were impressive too. Great for their 65 years anniversary :)!"

  • "I have visited the CN Tower's 360 restaurant a few times for private and business functions. The food is generally good and the service excellent however on my most recent visit I was very disappointed. We had reservations and the server asked us to follow her to our seat. When we got to the seat she brought us back up the stairs and asked us to stand in the passageway where the wine is located. She said our table wasn't ready yet. There we were standing there like two lost souls waiting for our table to be cleaned. I found that to be highly unprofessional. We were seated about 8 minutes later. I ordered the beef cheeks with morels. When the dish came there was barely any mashed potatoes and no morels in the sauce. #DISAPPOINTED"

  • "I booked this several months ago for our visit to Toronto and it surpassed all expectations. Everything from the quality of the food to the view is spectacular - and the staff are brilliant."

  • "Food and service was excellent. The view is outstanding. We had cocktails, wine and each the three course prefix dinner. Not inexpensive but worth the splurge. Our waiter Carlos was excellent."

  • "I ordered the main course halibut with ravioli. The ravioli and the sauce were excellent, however the piece of halibut was over cooked and dry. My husband ordered the prime rib and I believe is was off. The smell was very strong and part of the meat was green. It was hard to believe that the steak was off as you don't expect it at this type of restaurant. After a couple of bites my husband let me try the meat, and the smell was awful and I called the waiter. He took the dish back and we had the lobster and shrimp dish which was excellent. But my husband had to wait of course for it to be ready while we were eating our dinner. Lesson we learned, if you think there is something wrong with a meal of $50, then call the waiter right away."

  • "Had a lovely dinner with my beautiful girlfriend as a surprise for her visit to Toronto. She absolutely loved the experience. The food was delicious, service impeccable. Will certainly recommend. The 4:30pm reservation is a good option, as you will be first to the top, and more likely for a window seat."

  • "Like most restaurants, there are no gluten free specific selections on the menu, disappointing. Rest of table enjoyed their food. Dirty water glass returned dirty."

  • "You really can't beat the view slipping by as you eat a very delicious lunch. Our waiter was exceptionally attentive and I would recommend this to anyone who wants a very enjoyable albeit touristy experience."

  • "Enjoyed the experience of dining and revolving around the magnificent city. We had a good evening although it took about an hour between our appetizer and main meal. That was a bit long. Our server never returned with an explanation nor to refill our wine glasses. It is expensive but the experience is the reason you would want to go."

  • "Our family has been host to several people from Europe. One of our favorite things to do with our guests, is bring them to the CN Tower for a special dinner. It certainly impresses them! The food and wine are good. Menu choices are different, and surprising, which is nice. The view, and the ever growing city, however, are fascinating to everyone."

  • "We received our appetizers promptly, but our main course came an hour and a half after. We were so hungry that we lost our appetite when the food arrived. The table behind us were seated after us yet got their meals before us. We weren't satisfied with our night."
