360 Bistrogood eatsWe enjoyed our first experience at 360 Bistro a great deal. Service was prompt and quite attentive. Although not the most comprehensive, the menu offered a nice variety and interesting combinations of food. The selections we enjoyed (lamb and tile fish) were delicious.

It is one of our go to places in Nashville. It is close to a RR track that has a lot of trains going by, but being able to sit outside in the spring at this great spot still is great. My husband adored the carpaccio - beautifully presented as well. Our daughter thought her dish was the best of all - Italian Burrata & Alto Adige Speck with zucchini ribbons, truffle oil, Tennessee dark honey on toasted baguette. Entrees also superb - scamp, the best burger in Nashville and a fantastic lamb chop, $17 - $35, which is a bargain for the quality of the food. Side dishes are carefully thought out and complement the main dish well. Superb pommes frites! Very quiet on a Sunday night, although fairly busy. I was impressed at each part of the evening -- from the friendly greeting and drink menu (it's on an iPad -- so fun!) to the excellent meal and farewell. Chad, our waiter, and the other employees who stopped by our table could not have been more pleasant. The restaurant is quaint. The drink selections are enticing. I really enjoyed my meal (lemon gnocchi -- delicious). I was a teensy bit disappointed with the serving size -- that's how much I liked it. Had the duck appetizer, which was spot on and went great with our bottle of Zinfandel. Split the lemon gnocchi and lamb chop entrees. They went beautifully together and were perfectly prepared. Probably the best ricotta gnocchi I've ever had and I make them myself at home.
I believe our servers name was Magnolia and she was very knowledgeable and exactly attentive enough. When we expressed an interest in their lovely wine room, they graciously allowed us to explore it and the manager stopped to chat. I would highly recommend 360 Bistro to anyone looking for an excellent dining experience in Nashville. The menu was very comprehensive, offered good value and a decent ambiance. From cocktails to dessert, everything is outstanding. The menu has something for every diet and the portions are sized for the average good appetite. The wine selection is so extensive they put it on an iPad using a very well organized App. The servers take care of you without being intrusive (there's nothing I dislike more than someone interrupting our table conversation to ask "Is everything okay? - Enjoy"). There were 3 in our party and we all shared and everything was amazing... and we are not easily impressed. While we love outdoor dining, I am not a fan of their patio. The lighting is bad, the chairs uncomfortable, and the view is of the parking lot. But indoors the decor is warm and inviting. The staff was a great and the chef top notch. There were so many choices it took us a while to make the selection, when we did we were very pleased. The waiter offered to decant the wine and it made it absoultely tasty. As for the food, it was priced well, but I found it a little bland. I had the salmon, and cooked at a fine, but lacked flavor. My friend had the lamb, he said it was very tasty.
